Best guest services (Emanuel) ever encountered. The hotel stored our two large suitcases, at no cost, for three days before our stay while we visited nearby Interlaken and Lucerne. The Zürich Airport wanted an outrageous 120 Swiss Francs to store them. Transportation to/from the airport was easy. Also, local bus stop was across the street and train station was nearby. Trains to Zurich main station ran every 15 minutes and travel time to Zurich station was only 15 minutes.

This place is gross and feels unsafe. Room reminds me of a jail cell. Bathroom has blood stains on the wall and smells of urine. Shower in the middle of the room looks like a time capsule. Room itself it very dirty and also has blood stains. Don’t stay here!
