This hotel has a Bahnhofstrasse address, but the main entrance is on a side street. It is a very nice hotel, but I was surprised that it only has a small lobby, which is only right near the front desk, and the breakfast area. The price was reasonable for its excellent location just steps from the main train station for Zurich.

Nice room size with everything you need. Our room was very quiet. The bed was terrible and not very comfortable. We preferred to open the window in the room (rather than air-con) - only problem was staff smoking below and blew into our room - yuck!

Staff at the reception need some basic training on how to serve customers. They are rude and disrespectful. No manners on how to greet customers. While checking in and check out we kept standing at the reception and the person didnt even look up from the computer screen to greet us and help us. I will never stay in this hotel again.

Reception desk people were not friendly upon arrival at check in. They seemed annoyed and bothered. Didn’t want to assist with questions and were very dismissive. The only nice staff at this hotel were the waiters in the restaurant and the Spanish speaking people at breakfast. The rooms and hotel are extremely out dated. My room was very small and could barely fit my suitcase. Also managing large suitcases to go up and down stairs to get to your room was not easy. Not worth the value for being Zurich. Only good thing about this hotel is the location. I was very disappointed with this hotel and mostly disappointed with the rude front desk staff and concierge.
