Self check in was easy. I booked a single room. Very clean and modern. Room was quiet. Bed was comfortable. Very basis room yet had everything i needed for an overstay. Grocery store across the street. A couple restaurants nearby. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a layover stay. Very close to airport. Cheap airport shuttle.

Have to do self-check in. The old behind the counter seemed not willing to help although he was doing nothing at the time. I was told the garage is not available for some construction reason. The hotel does not provide local transportation card, not like the other hotels we stayed in Swiss. The breakfast was good.

The hotel is so new it smells like fresh paint. WiFi was good and there’s a grocery store nearby. There are a few elements that made our stay less than ideal. The toilet and shower are only separated by a gross curtain and the entire floor gets wet, so if you need to use the bathroom after a shower you have to step in puddles. There’s also little space to put your belongings. The table and two chairs were a nice touch, however.

Very happy with our stay. Minimalist but perfect for us. Easy bus ride to the airport. Super clean and it still smells like brand new. We are coming through again at the end of the month and will definitely stay here. The only thing, it would need some hand towels and facecloths. I am sure if we would have asked.. but we did not bother as we were there late at night and leaving early in the morning.

The check in and daytime receptionists were helpful and smiling. The man assigned in the evening was just so terrible. My husband complained our room was so warm - we tried to change the temperature but was not decreasing so went down to ask how to use the controls in the room and was so arrogant and answered he is not a technician. How can you be working in a reception and does not know anything at all ! We travelled so many countries and this is the worst and so embarrassing it happened in Switzerland which we had high hopes in this country!!!!

Hot, loud, and weird
After a 10 day sight seeing trip through Italy and Switzerland we decided to book Zleep near the Zurich airport. It looked modern and easy to use. However once we got there there were a string of problems. First, check-in was through a computer kiosk, but I had to use it in the doorway with a couple of employees smoking next to me. Parking was difficult to find and was quite expensive at 25CHF for the night. It was also very complicated (you have to buy a pass from the hotel front desk). The key card reader in one of the elevators didn't work. When we got to our room it was very hot. The AC was malfunctioning. After contacting the front desk the clerk said that the AC works better when turned off (I'm not kidding). She also suggested we open the window, but there were people being very loud and smoking in the street below. We did get a tiny fan from the front desk which helped. There was no soap in the shower. There were no wash cloths either. The toilet was dirty. There was not a safe for valuables. The design of the room was odd with few electrical outlets, no night stand or luggage rack. The bathroom door was also the shower door when it was swung in (very awkward). The bed, however was great. Breakfast in the morning was also great. A good selection of breads, eggs, yogurt, cereal, juice, and more. On a side note, Google maps tried to send us the wrong way down one way streets twice next to the hotel which added to the frustration.

AC does not work, no way to tell staff late evening. Lots of contraction and noise when I stayed but eventually will end. It's a new clean budget hotel.

Has to be the worst hotel experience of my life, literally. The room itself was nice with modern finishes but man, it was a sauna inside. I was forced to sleep at 27 degrees, AC was not working and when I asked the one staff that was at the hotel he was so inconsiderate and rude, unbelievable. He came up to my room to check the ac and said it has to be on non auto mode and told me to wait a little bit for it to cool down, I waited almost an hour and the thermostat kept going warmer, I went down to ask again and he said he contacted the technician and no one responded and he said he can’t do anything. I asked to change rooms and he was so unprofessional, he basically told me to deal with it.i couldn’t even open the windows coz there were massive bugs outside. I asked to get a refund and they basically denied all claims. I would never recommend staying on this hotel even if it’s free, I barely slept that night and my flight was super early in the morning, literally had a migraine all day. Horrible horrible experience. STAY AWAY!
