"Rooms were great. Nice and quite. Staff was friendly. Food was basic every morning - eggs sausage patty, apple juice orange juice bread waffle oatmeal and muffins. Overall is was a fairly decent experience and the room was located right in the middle of Hyannis to walk around."

"The staff were very amiable and accommodating - I was very impressed with there offer to let us have a late checkout, I realize it's off-season but it was a great gesture. My girl liked the place so much I book another nite. Highly recommend this place ....AND hot tub was great feature."
