"I had to make a trip to Inverness for a family funeral. I had never been there before so it was a comfort to find a clean, comfortable hotel with helpful staff. And I did like the haggis at breakfast!"

"First room didn’t have hot water but we were moved to another room. On the second day the keycard didn’t work so we couldn’t gain access to the room. Reception staff nowhere to be found, had to get bar man to call her. I’ve stayed here multiple times and previous visits have been fine"
