We booked deluxe rooms, on entry the reception area was dark, no proper lighting and looked like we walked into haunted place. "We were a honeymoon couple and we were not given the category of room which we had asked for and booked for- floating room. Whilst booking we had called the hotel that we particularly want the floating room when booked with expedia but not given. Even the staff is lousy. Expedia staff kept calling ..."
