Know before you book
- Bus Schedule: 10am - 9pm. Duration - 50 minutes for full loop. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday: the bus runs every 35 - 40 minutes until 2:05pm and then every 60 minutes after. Friday and Saturday: the bus runs every 35 - 40 minutes until 2:05pm and then every 30 minutes after
- Alcazar (included in the Magic Experience ticket only): Tuesday - Sunday: 10am - 5pm. Monday: Closed
- Guided night-time walking tour (included in the Magic Experience ticket only): Starts every day at 6:30pm. Meeting Point: Plaza Zocodover at least 15 minutes before the tour starts
- Fly Toledo Zipline (included in the Fly Toledo Experience ticket only): From 11am - 6:30pm (on weekends and holidays it's recommended that customers go one hour before closing to allow time). Includes all safety equipment
- 3 Culturas Walking Tour (included in the Premium Experience ticket only): Visits take place every day at 1pm and 4:30pm. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start time. Meeting Point: the City Sightseeing stand in Plaza de Zocodover. Tour duration: 75 minutes
- Mobile and printed paper vouchers are both accepted on this tour and can be redeemed at any of the stops along the route
- Vouchers can be used any day within 12 months of travel date selected at check-out
- Audio guide commentary: English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Hebrew, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian and Arabic
