Upon arrival there was none at desk. I called the hotel twice from the lobby walked around and 8 min passed before someone came to desk. My room door wouldn't shut. My husband had to literally kick it to close. There was a dead cockroach in the bathroom.

It was lovely. We had no complaints. (other than having to pay for parking) You have to pay enough for the room, I don't feel we should also pay to park.

Nice warm pool. Nice, clean rooms with large bathrooms. We were on the second floor, and the follr above was very noisy. Made a call to the front desk and the noise stopped. Staff were very accommodating making sure our family had rooms together.
