Hotel was a really nice, staff were friendly and informative. Area around is currently a building site so I dare say in the near future it will be much improved, however, in no way effects the experience of the stay!

Customer interaction was a bit poor. Not as friendly, as compared to other Hilton chain. You can feel that you are treated in a different manner right during check-in (something that can be greatly improved). Breakfast is always a part of the reservation so I don't understand why they make it appear that they are giving you a complimentary one. The support at the bkfast buffet also gives you a cold shoulder when you ask a question e.g. refill, where things are, etc.

Great place for a short stay for one person, it has everything needed and helpful staff. I was served by Radu, who was friendly and welcoming. Check-in with him was straight-forward and very professional. Hotel literally less than 5 minutes away from Hoofddorp station and Kastan restaurant next to it, although i didnt try them. On my check-out date, the staff checking out my room asked if i wanted to store my luggage at the hotel, while I read in another review, there was a charge for them to leave luggage there and collect later. Only downside, the external of the building does not match the friendly staff working in it. The top floor wall around the outside of the building needed cleaning, as you

Pros: Easy walk to train station with frequent trains to Schiphol. Extensive all you can eat breakfast buffet included. Staff at front desk very friendly. Cons: Bed hard as a rock, pillow super mushy. Hair on floor of bathroom, but otherwise the room was very clean. Not very quiet- I could hear my neighbor taking a shower and there was a lot of loud traffic outside at 10:30 at night. Also, I requested a wake up call and no one ever called. All in all, not perfect but I would stay here again just for the convenience and price

I stayed overnight for a long layover at the airport. Late checkin after 12:30am. Took the train from the airport to the hoofdorp exit for this hotel for about $3.50 each way. The breakfast was great. It's a buffet with waffle maker, pastries, yogurt, eggs, sausage other meats and cheese. Friendly staff very clean rooms. Basic amenities in the room like soap, lotion, shampoo. I would recommend this location for anyone who has a long layover and needs a bed and shower.

I spend 6 nights this hotel .. I would say its Nice & clean hotel .. 2 min. Walk transportation(train station + bus available) and 10 min. Walk local market there . A good breakfast..
