Room is too small. Good rocation the side of the road..so not quiet. We can see a firework on 9:30 pm at the 2nd corridor. a little funny.

Very good location for walking to the Disney parks. It is an older property but we just can’t fault the cleanliness of the room and the pool area was always lovely and clean. No breakfast provided but tea and coffee are available in the lobby. Staff very friendly and the cleaning staff are an asset to this hotel. Only criticism would be the resort fee.

The property itself isn’t amazing and is dated, but you could smell the cleaning product on entry to the room which was a good sign. Parking & proximity to Disneyland was a big tick.

The property is a nice walking distance to Disneyland, but that is about as good as it gets. The furniture was old and broken and there were stains on the bathroom walls. The towels were crunchy, rough and small. The shower head was the saddest shower head to ever exist. The toilet was terrible. We ended up needing to call to the desk for a plunger. It just wouldn’t flush even a tiny amount of toilet paper. The front desk people were very nice. That was a plus. I suppose for the price, you get what you get. I did not see any bed bugs when we checked and never saw a roach.

Paper thin ceiling.
The kids up stairs were running around and the paper thin ceiling allowed all the noise to come thought which made it hard to sleep. The room itself was great! However the nose ruined it.

Probably better off somewhere else
The towels are terrible, tiny and thread bare. The toilet was awful. I could never tell if it would flush or not. The place was so run down and old. It didn't really appear to be a place the owners took much pride in. No elevator. The floors were uneven and looked like they were installed in a diy project. There weren't places to sit in the room other than a chair that looked like it came from a cafeteria. The soap was awful too. On a good note, the mattresses were ok and overall they clean the rooms. The people were friendly, but they were late to open the office in the a.m., which meant we had to wait for coffee. I definitely do not recommend this place and i won't stay here again.

Bad! Do not recommend!
This place was a dump! The pictures and reviews did not reflect the condition of this property. The office where you check in smelled musty and almost toxic. I felt bad for the guys working in there. The parking situation is not ideal- they allow cars to parallel park along the entrance and exit lanes leading to and from the back parking area making it nearly impossible to pass through at times. The walls were scuffed up and dirty. A cheap remodel was done to make the hotel seem updated and clean, but it is like they put lipstick on a pig. The AC was loud and clunky. Outlets were loose and did not fit most of our cube chargers. We had a dead cricket on the floor in our bathroom… and who knows what other bugs that we couldn’t see (it was that kind of place). The towels were thin and rough like rags you’d dry your car with. Other guests were inconsiderate and talked loudly in the inner courtyard at 11pm, waking us up, followed by someone above us walking loudly (sounded like stomping!) and dropping things on the floor until 2am. The building has no insulation whatsoever- you hear everything from outside and from the rooms above you. The whole place felt musty, dirty, and overall icky. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone who is not used to staying anywhere that rents rooms by the hour. It was that bad! The only positives were the location, the nice people working in the office, and the fact that they let us keep our car parked in the parking lot on the day we checked out.

It was an okay stay. I guess the room that we ended up getting was in worst shape compared to the others that were observed. Could definitely use major TLC. Beds were comfy but did not feel super safe to the lock on the exterior looking like someone has tried to break in.

Great area and the lady at check in was really friendly. Really nice pool and spa. Room was renovated but still not in the greatest shape. Water stains on the ceiling, cracked lamp shades, towel bar barely hanging on.
