This is a more updated/modern hotel, even their approach with the breakfast offered, but it was not good. The breakfast eggs, and meat were served in pre packages that were held in a type of warming oven. One day the meat was unrecognizable, nor was I able to tell by taste what it was.
The night we arrived and checked in to our room, my husband had to go back to the lobby and request clean linens. Both the beds in our room had dog/animal hair all over the sheets and pillowcases. Overall the room did not feel clean. They gave us new bedspreads, and we changed them ourselves. The area around the hotel is beautiful and the common areas inside the building were better maintained, but based on the conditions of our room we would probably not be staying here again. I think you can be a “pet friendly hotel”, while also ensuring all your guests are offered cleanliness in their room.
We had an amazing stay at this hotel. They let us check in a little early. The food was good. The room was spacious and clean. No complaints. Will likely stay again!
We were told upon check in (11/7/24) that the hot water heaters were out and that they were scheculed to be deliver on 11/8 and installed on 11/9. We were intown for a wedding and this was not going to work as we had 3 social engagements in as many days and would need hot water for showers. Gie at the front dest was amazing and called the near by
Double Tree to get us a room at the same rate as Home2. If it were not for Gie and her FIVE STAR customer service, going above and beyond, i don't know what we would have done!
