I have seen better Quality Inn hotels
I have seen better Quality Inn hotels, the room was ok, but the breakfast was terrible, it should be 6 to 9am, when we went at 7:30 we barely found anything to eat, I complained to the front desk but never got any response but an apology that they cannot do anything about it.. just like that
I booked for a king size bed when I arrive at check-in I was told that there was no king beds available. I was placed in a two queen bedroom. Once getting placed into my room, I realize the room was extremely dirty. There was cigarette burns on everything dirty towels. I went back up to the front desk. I was shown three rooms which all of them was dirty all the time we got to the fourth room, it was somewhat satisfying. After about 30 to 40 minutes, running from room to room I was just tried and fed up. As I was getting on the phone with hotels.com the The front desk tenant called us before walking out of the door saying that a room just came available and the cleaners just got done with it. Mind you this is after 9:00 PM.
The room with dirty, stains on the bedding and sheets like it wasn’t changed out, the shower was not clean from the previous person there was used soap still in the shower, there were dead bugs all over the room and in the bed, the power work an hour for maintenance to get a cut back on and then I got back off again. The man at the front desk refused to give us another room. He was extremely rude
Had to double pay for a room only because the front desk didnt explan that I couldn't check in at the time I bought room online, even tho they told me to do so. I had to buy another room jus so I wouldn't have to sleep in car
This hotel looks nothing like the pictures. We pulled up and thought it was shut down. Theres trash and used condoms all over the parking lot. The pool was covered and had beer bottles everywhere. Walked in and the entire hotel had a funky smell. The man at the counter was friendly. We were checking for bugs in the room and there was condom boxes under the bed, clothes in the closet, stains on the bed. It was 10 mins to six flags( our destination). It was only 91 dollars. Dont let the pictures fool you. Wont be staying there again.
They only stocked up a few items for breakfast when I went down there at 6am when it started. Came back around 8am and they said what was out there was all they had. I wish I took a picture when it first opened. We asked for my cream cheese, they said it’s all gone. We asked for an apple, they said it’s all gone. Terrible!!
Our prepaid room reservation at budgetel apparently was not guaranteed... Luckily this hotel was able to accommodate us.

The guy at the front desk was very mean to me I was taking a call in the lobby and the man didn’t want me on the on my phone in the lobby as I waited for availability
