The price of the room was fair. Check-in was horrible. It took me almost a hour to check in at the front desk. There was only two staff members with a lobby full of guests waiting in a line. The food and drinks were very overpriced. There is no microwave in the room and barely any outlets. The water in the vending machines were the size of my palm and costed me $3.50. That was unbelievable! The beds were soft, the room was clean, and the hallways were quiet, so I guess that was the upside of my stay.

Parking was horrible I didn’t find parking in parking garage had to come out and still got charge the $20 the go over to valet to get parking and paid another$40 for that. In check in I couldn’t get them to put the room near each other worst is they put us in completely separate floors. We could get into the pool on Saturday understandable it was a pool party with dj guest ok u have to pay fee to get it but on Sunday morning i went to get a quick morning swim and I was asked to pay for entrance I have been there before and never paid to get into a hotel amenity my whole experience was just ridiculous. Very very disappointed.

I am allergic to cigarette smoke and when I reserve my room, it was a non-smoking room. They gave me a smoking room and I was sick all night. I went to the front desk to see if they could switch out my room and they said they only have smoking available. I was puking all night due to the cigarette smoke smell.. this was the worst experience I’ve ever had in a casino hotel

I have never stayed in the new Tower it was very nice, But I was very disappointed that Harrahs sold the Pool to a private company that you are charged $20.00 to enter, and the only reason I stayed there was to go to the pool and the 3 days I went they drained it and no pool!

Poor customer service
Customer service at the front desk was very poor. I had an issue with my room (loud sporadic clicking in vents that started in the middle of the night) that severely interrupted my sleep. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk the next morning, they did not apologize nor did the offer me anything for the inconvenience and said that I could “take it up with their customer relations department”. Poor showing from them, will never stay there again.
