We booked a family room for our 2 night stay but when we got to our room, the extra bed and towels were missing. This should have been ready before we got to our room. Plus, they ran out of shower gel. I think there should have been enough for the length of our stay. Otherwise, the hotel was excellent.

Overall good, some room for improvement for example where a customer wants to extend the stay or upgrade (for example to interconnecting or larger room) or postpone trip booked by 3rd party and not direct. The Gym was too small, but well equipped. Breakfast was good, beds comfortable as expected, and staff polite and helpful.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Kamila went above and beyond to ensure my stay was stellar. Highly recommend the facility. The on-site restaurant was a bit pricey for the quality of the food.

Great choice!

Everything was great apart from the mattress which I did not find very comfortable. The location is great for the underground and DLR. There are places to eat within walking distance, the staff were friendly and the room was nice and spacious. I would definitely stay there again.

Lovely hotel for an overnight stay. Staff very attentive, friendly and courteous. Room spotlessly clean. Special request noted and acted upon. Breakfast very good with lots of variety. Would not hesitate to recommend.

We loved our stay at Hilton Canary Wharf and it is a lovely area that was so convenient for food/shopping/transportation. Front desk and housekeeping staff were so kind.
