This hotel is very pleasant in terms of comfort , its very clean and new . the pool is decent , a bit noisy but you can cancel that with your chill music headphones on . the rooms are spacious . the only thing I was not very pleased with was the transfer and arrival which is very important for an establishment . the transfer shuttle from airport is every hour so you may need to wait an hour . having said that, its a bit chaotic , the transit van is not very spacious but can also be looked passed , the arrival is very chaotic when I arrived to hotel my pack was left on the floor with everyone else's . no one said hello welcome , when I approached reception for check in was ok but no one explained much about the hotel had to discover myself . no welcome drink for me where as all the rest had theirs and also had their luggage carried to their rooms which should be normal practice . mine was left on the floor , not sure for what reason , after my check in no one asked me if I have luggage ect , I went to get my bag and carried on towards the lift , the manager noticed me and offered someone carry it for me . not sure why no one has said that from the beginning , the porter just came out of the lift at the same time and looked at me , the manager told him off why he didn't take mine left it there ... anyways I took it up myself as I already felt weird mine wasn't taken . other than the welcoming /reception the hotel is very pleasant , chill , good vibes and comfortable

This stay was super comfortable. I had dinner in the restaurant and, having been a restaurant owner for 21 years, I have to say it was a five star meal for quality and taste. I was delightfully surprised and impressed. The service was highly accommodating and professional. The staff really helped us out in every way possible. The only issue I had was that the shower was hot-cold-hot-cold every time we used it. Hopefully they will remedy this in the near future.

I’ve stayed here several times before and after flights in and out of the Airport. It’s a convenient location and the free shuttle is great. The hotel can be up or down. This time it was down. The beds are comfortable but our room could have been cleaner this time. The water temperatures are still up and down which is annoying when trying to take a shower. My main issue this stay is with breakfast. Many times staff were standing around chatting with each other while items needed to be restocked or refilled. I should not have to chase down a staff person and ask them to perform their job correctly. It’s amazing how much food can have an effect on your stay. Room service still could update their menu for much better service. The kids menu offers fish and chips but this is not available in adult servings.Lastly their prices have gone up. When I compare them to other hotels in the area I believe the price is too high. The Hotel will realize this when their customers go elsewhere for a better deal.

Convenient location near the airport with shuttle. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was amazing. Booking through Expedia included an early check in at 9am and the room was not ready when I arrived at 12pm.
