No heat in room. Receptionist gave maintenance wrong room number. He was angry and said customers were assholds. My husband asked him if he was an asshold and he said no. The staff needs training. They represent the image of Hilton. She was pleasant but made several mistakes with checking people in for I was at the front desk requesting help as my Hilton app would not work. I couldn’t make my app work and had to use Hotels. Com to book my room. We book Hampton most of the time, and this was the worse experience we’ve ever had. The maintenance person ended up being nice and helpful for we had to change rooms. As a business owner, I can’t stress training.,
