The room looked like a regular motel with colorful walls, pictures were deceiving. The kitchen was closed the indoor pool was also closed. The room was dirty as well as the shower. The door on the shower was broken the door where the mini fridge was at , also broken. No microwave in the room and you can hear everything going on outside and next door . I feel like I overpaid for a motel experience. And my child couldn’t enjoy much because most of what they offered wasn’t done/available.

Nothing was working, indoor pool closed, splash pad closed and the water slide closed. It was freezing out couldn’t enjoy nothing. Game room super small. Such a disappointment. My daughter had electric wires coming out and the bathroom was disgusting!

Housekeeping didn’t visit/stop at our room once, we ran out of toilet paper and towels, had to call front desk and still no one came up, we had to go to the lobby to ask for what we needed. For the price, breakfast should be included. Also, the slide, splash pad, indoor pool and concession stand were all closed. We paid almost $800 for half of the amenities to not be available. i don’t believe we’ll be coming back, only upside is it’s right next to Dutch Wonderland.

We made reservations for 3 nights and we left a day early. This property is more of a motel than a hotel first off. The rooms were dark, and sadly not very clean. The carpet is a dark color and so dirty our feet were black from walking on it. The walls were even dirty in our room. We had no extra toliet paper stocked, our tissue box had a decoration on top, but no tissues in the actual box. The property advertised having 2 pools and the inside pool is currently closed for renovations, the waterslide and splash pad are closed because the water pump is broken. *The outside pool is the only thing this place has going for it, because it is kid friendly with a walk-in ramp and only 4 feet deep. We will not be coming back to this *motel* again.

The rooms needed to be painted and bathrooms need to be updated. Paint chipped throughout the room, bathroom floors dirty, and shower curtain had mold. Towels were little and obviously very old with stains. The outdoor pool slide was closed and splash pad and indoor pool. Wouldn’t stay again.

The indoor pool was closed. The slide was closed. The breakfast was awful and tasted as though it was made weeks ago and then frozen and reheated. So much money for amenities that weren’t available.

Kids enjoyed the main lobby scavenger hunt and arcade. The dining facility could have been better. "Character Breakfast" was almost non-existent. Our children were hoping to see a few characters in the dining area and one showed up randomly toward the end of our meal. The kids loved the bunk beds in the room and parking was easy. If you are planning to go to Dutch Wonderland, the walking distance is convenient. Outside of the hotel, there are a lot of restaraunts and outlets. We also went to a Lancaster Stormers Baseball Game went to Strassburg Train and did other things. Hotel is centrally located to all.

The indoor pool, splash pad and water slide for the regular pool was not open the whole time. I understand the indoor pool is closed for renovations but that wasn’t disclosed. Then we got there and no use of the splash pad or water slide. The kids couldn’t use the hot tub even with adult supervision. There was no service during your stay from the room staff so no trash dirty towels picked up and replaced by clean ones. They brought towels on request. I again understand not servicing the room but trash and dirty towel pick up should be daily. The location was very good. There wasn’t really any activities just a nightly movie. Small arcade which was fine. We didn’t eat there. I wouldn’t stay again.

The hotel is wonderful, basically a renovated motel. The outside vibe with the pool and bonfire pit was amazing. The activities they have daily for the kids are also great and keeps them engaged. My only issues are the room amenities. It’s the CN hotel so majority of people staying will have kids. There are no microwaves in the rooms and no tables so your kids have to eat on the bed and if you have little ones that needs warm milk you have to run to the laundry room at all times. It’s only 2 floors so there are no elevators but I felt like they didn’t take into consideration people with disabilities and also the fact you have to go up those stairs with all your luggages. If yhey can upgrade those areas of issues, this will make it an excellent hotel. I do love it but it was hard in the rooms with kids. Also my room was shower only so was very difficult trying to give my 3 year a bath

Originally booked to go to Dutch Wonderland but was closed weekdays. Figured enjoy the hotel but indoor pool under renovation, outdoor slide not working, splash pad closed. A few activities but over priced and nothing to do with young children.

Its a really cute Hotel. Keep that in mind. BUT The stay was not bad, except that some amenities were not operational like indoor pool, slides, sprinklers. due to renovations. And it wasn't said when we booked 3 months ago. The room was clean and the breakfast buffet was good. It's not free but it's not expensive either. You have many restaurant options near and also and the characters come out and are friendly to everyone.

The property is definitely overrated, they basically purchased a old Motel and slapped some color on there , the rooms were moldy and stinky and the rug was nasty and wet no microwave And shower water did not drain properly we paid way to much to spend two nights in a motel that had barely none of the amenities working, the indoor pool was closed the sprinklers did not work the 3 days we were there and then let me not mention the Fire Alarm that went off at 1 am woke up the Daym whole motel, the manager was the worse ever , housekeeping woke us up at 7am like I thought checkout was at 11, also we never saw none of the characters, and none of the activities they promoted, the pool was like zero degrees I could keep going on but again pictures can be very deceiving I wish this was more of a Hotel Cartoon Network deserves better advertising and better quality complementaries

It was just ok

Well the kids loved the characters and the giant game board to play on. The room was a normal motel room but the bunk beds had tvs for the kids. I was not impressed that the splash pad and slide where both not working and we were not told this upon check in. I guess overall it was ok but without the extra swim stuff i would have gone somewhere else.
