Was ok
Master bathroom was a real issue for us..shower seat and floor cracked and shower WAY too small, along with the jet tub, made for kids not adults. Trash outside in chairs and outside chair cushions were filthy. Burned out lights in the kitchen. The thermostat was a real pain to adjust. Way too many things for us to go back.

Nice 3 bedroom in quiet neighborhood
Property was in good shape, well furnished and kitchen was stocked with anything you would need. There was quite a nasty issue with the septic system to which the property manager and owner responded to quickly, it was repaired and will not be an issue with future bookings. No developed lawn in backyard but it is spacious for playing games in or for using the propane fire pit. Neighborhood was very quiet and removed from busy roads. Easy and scenic drive into town.

Lovely home and neighborhood
Access very simple. Home is beautiful. Thermostat somewhat cumbersome. Throw rugs were a pain. Master bed too high! Toilet in master needs to be “comfort seating”. Home was clean. Jets on tub were clean too!! The four of us are in our 70’s and our remarks about making the home a little more comfortable for us “old folks”. We would definitely encourage our families to stay here!

Great for big family
This home was wonderful for our family of 7! There was a kitchen table big enough for us to eat together and play games. The home was very pretty and well maintained. The roads are really curvy on the way to the house! We would stay again for sure.

MTB Vacation
Great set up for a MTB getaway. Garage was a great place to store and work on bikes (and still have room to park a vehicle). Kitchen perfectly equipped with enough gadgets, pans, pot, etc to make meals. Room comfortable and roomy. Easy access to Blowing Sorings and Back 40 trails. Would stay here again.

Loved it!
This is a great place to meet up with family in the area. The house was especially neat and clean. Great water pressure, garage use if you like, essential supplies provided , comfortable beds, a beautiful back yard view and a deck to enjoy coffee. This is an awesome space for family to gather and enjoy northwest Arkansas.

Great for families
We just had Thanksgiving there and it was lovely! Adequately equipped in the kitchen but glad I bought disposable pans with us. Maybe a few serving dishes would be great to have, especially when cooking more ‘ at home’. The layout of the house was excellent as the bedrooms were spread out throughout the house, allowing for privacy. We would come back again.

We really enjoyed the house, very clean and comfortable - we were very disappointed that the gas fireplace did not work, that was one of the main reasons we stayed there - it was really cold while we were there and the fire would have been nice - other than that it was great

Perfect Place to Stay for Mountain Biking
This was our first visit to this property and we were impressed with the cleanliness. The house was located to the Back 40/Blowing Springs trails and the neighborhood was quiet. The garage bench was set up for mountain bikers, equipped with a decent toolkit, stand, and bike rack for easy repairs. We sat out on the back porch after rides and experienced a peaceful evening with friends. I highly recommend this place and we will stay here again!

Relaxing getaway
My wife and I decided to get away for a few days to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. We thought we found this nightly rental on Vrbo. The property was nice and clean, easy to access and had the amenities we needed. The location is nestled in the hilly trees of the Ozark mountains of Northwest Arkansas, which made for a peaceful relaxing stay. We only had a 17 min drive to downtown Bentonville and a few more minutes to local attractions like Crystal Bridges. We thought the additional fees were a bit too high for only two people, but for our family of 4 in a future visit it would be justifiable. Overall a great place to stay!

Spring Break 2022
Rented this house when visiting my parents over spring break. We were very pleased, the house was beautiful and had wonderful accommodations. Very comfortable couches, beds, kitchen table and outside furniture. Kitchen was well stocked and it was nice to have a grill too! We totally took advantage of the massage chair every day! My only complaint was that there was poor communication with the property managers. I sent 4 messages with no reply. Not sure if that's because it's managed by Evolve or not, but that was unusual in my VRBO experience.
