Enjoy this fully furnished, true log cabin on magnificent Fightingtown Creek.

Our 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom cabin is fully furnished and features a wood burning fireplace coupled with a wraparound, covered deck allowing you to enjoy all the tranquility that mountain life has to offer. Enjoy the amenities of the game room downstairs or relax on the porch and listen to the rushing waters of Fightingtown Creek. Amenities inside the cabin include a grand fireplace (wood provided), cable Wi-Fi internet, TV/DVD, and a fully equipped kitchen. The cabin comfortably sleeps 4 (queen bed - main bedroom and 2 twin beds - loft/bedroom) and has room for up to 6 guests (sofa bed - living room). Additionally, guests are allowed 2 dogs.

On the outside, enjoy all nature has to offer with surrounding forest featuring a dedicated area along the peaceful Fightingtown Creek complete with a private picnic area and fire pit.

The cabin offers easy access is a short 10 minute drive to Downtown Blue Ridge offering dining, shopping and attractions providing the best that the North Georgia Mountains offer.

Short getaway
As an annual getaway for a mom daughter and dog to escape our everyday lives this was the perfect place to unwind! Peaceful, close to everything and owners were fast to answer when contacted. Also was able to check in early. Coming back in the near future!

Great stay!
We enjoyed Laurel Cabin. It was very cold our entire trip so we loved cozying up on the couch with a fire and a movie. The kitchen was well stocked with basic necessities. There was plenty of towels and washcloths. Lots of extra blankets. It could definitely use a good cleaning but overall our stay was great!

Annual girls trip
My bestfriend and I enjoyed our stay at this cute little cabin! It was nice and cozy and perfect for the two of us. Only had some minor issues but the hosts were very easy to communicate with and were super nice! We were only 15 minutes away from downtown which was really nice. Already looking into booking again next fall!

Cabin in Blue Ridge
It was perfect for myself and my Sister! We loved the indoor fireplace the most! The creek was peaceful and we enjoyed that as well. Beds were comfortable and the rain shower was a plus!

Quiet Creek Cabin
We loved our stay at Laurel Lodge! The cabin was just far enough away from town to feel like we were secluded in the mountains but close enough to drive in each day if we wanted to. The cabin is exactly as you see in the pictures. Great little game room downstairs. Small living room and well stocked kitchen on the main level if you’d like to cook. The main bedroom and full bathroom is on this level as well. Loft room upstairs with two twin beds. Great wrap around porch for rocking and it was perfect for my almost 8 month old to crawl around without concerns of safety thanks to the way the porch is designed and the gates. Easy access down to the creek. My husband and son loved walking down to fish and lay in their hammocks in the backyard. Perfect for a small family getaway. The only thing I didn’t love was the mattress and pillows in the main bedroom, but that can be an easy fix with a topper and bringing your own pillows. We would stay here again in the future for sure!

Rustic Cabin
Laurel Lodge turned out to be a nice escape. While the cabin has some wear, the porch was relaxing with its porch swing and rockers. The view with the leaves changing and the little stream serene. We had more room than expected and the TV with Netflix a bonus. While the drive to the Cabin a little bumpy it was nice to be in the woods. While still being close to Blue Ridge. I will say the bed downstairs needs badly to be replaced. It is very hard and not comfortable. Also the cabin could be cleaner as I had to wipe off my night stand. It had sticky glass rings on it. The refrigerator handles were also sticky. Over all if those two things were corrected it would be Five in our book. While still being 15 minutes from Blue Ridge.
