Excellent staff, great location, parking available. After booking, we did receive an email in German and English - the German said there was a technical issue and the hotel was double booked, plus normal checkin is after 2pm. The English just said checkin was after 2pm. I didn't realise there was a problem until we arrived. Although the staff member was brilliant, it would be helpful if Expedia and the Hotel could coordinate bookings and language better.

Das Einchecken verlief problemlos, die Lage ist relativ zentral und ruhig, das Zimmer war komfortabel, nur das Bad recht klein. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt zu günstigem Preis sehr passend.

Die Unterkunft war nicht wirklich sauber. Insbesondere das Bad ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und war sowohl verkalkt als auch etwas schmutzig. Der Rest war O.K.

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt! Mitten in der Innenstadt gelegen braucht man sowohl zum Hbf als auch bspw. zum UN-Campus nur wenige Minuten mit der U-Bahn. Meine Kritikpunkte sind jedoch, dass das Frühstück mit Abstand das traurigste war, dass ich in einem Hotel (zumal dieser Preisklasse) jemals erlebt habe. Um 9 Uhr schon komplett leergeräumt, nachgefüllt wurde nicht. Keinerlei Obst oder Gemüse. Gerade einmal 2 Sorten Tee. Hinzu kommt, dass während meines Aufenthaltes (2 Nächte) kein Login in das WLAN möglich war.

Hofgartenlage
Zimmer etwas heruntergekommen. Dem Kleiderschrank fehlte der Schlüssel und war nur mühsam mit einem Fingernagel zu öffnen. Im Bad fehlte Duschgel; lediglich ein Stückchen Seife stand zur Verfügung. Frühstück eher knapp bemessen und sehr „überschaubar“. Wurde während meiner Frühstückszeit auch nicht aufgefüllt. Einzig die Hotellage amBonner Hofgarten ist zentral und ansprechend. Kann das Hotel bedingt empfehlen.
