Very engaging young man with glasses on at reception and so friendly and helpful. He made our stay and even helped us with taxi's and Breadkfast on the go for our early trip to Helsinki. Nice location and ideal for Christmas markets. Thank you

Really lovely hotel , I have stayed here before so knew I would have a great time staying here to see the Tallinn Christmas market, everyone in my group stayed here and had a brilliant time and said it was a great choice and they would come back and stay here the next time they come to the city. Very happy , I would recommend if.

Good hotel - if you forget the receptionist!
Good value and great location. Shame about the lady on reception when we arrived. Surly and unwelcoming. That said, every other member of staff was lovely! Great breakfast too

It’s right at the old town. Location is lovely. The rooms are big and have good lighting. The breakfast is good and the staff very welcoming. Except for one guy at the reception who was slightly rude, everyone else including the people at the breakfast area, housekeeping were superb.

Quiet and conveniently located in the heart of old town Liked · location is super good, right in the heart of the old town, steps away from the tourist info center, and all the major sites, can also walk to Kilimaje, train station and about 30 mins walk to Korge Palace (sorry for spelling). Hotel is very quiet. Free breakfast is the same every day but includes all basic items with options, they also have oat milk for coffee, which is considerate. The front desk staff, especially a guy, isn't extremely friendly, but they are still quite helpful. Room is clean and quiet.
