Check-in staff was not attentive or friendly. With four staff at the counter, one was actually attending to a guest & the other three didn’t greet Mr, nor did they attempt to check me in. The one staffer took care of me after she finished with the prior guest. She even commented that she’s obviously the only one working.

Excellent property. Great comp. breakfast. A 10 min. walk to public transportation (blue line). Too long for a disabled person. The walk is through a beautiful park. Loved that. The shuttle service is excellent.

We traveled to Boston to attend a light display at the Franklin zoo, which was absolutely amazing. The hotel was clean, staff friendly. And the breakfast buffet was outstanding. I highly recommend the made to order omelets. My only complaint would be. I did not realize how close the hotel is to the airport. However, if you need a hotel close to the airport, this is your hotel!

The front desk and valet staff were good. Our room was huge. We had a separate living room. It was really nice. There was a dirty towel hanging on the bathroom door when we got there. The lobby was huge, and hot breakfast was included, which was nice, but they were behind on bussing tables so there were a lot of dirty tables and only a few clean ones to sit at. They also ran out of silverware. Maybe they need more staff to keep up with the breakfast crowd. We had delicious made to order omelets. This was so close to the airport, you could walk there, and the train station was right there too. There was a really nice big park right next to the hotel with sports fields and walking paths. It was surprisingly completely quiet for being so close to the airport. It was a little expensive and valet parking is required and costs extra.

Someone tried to enter my room at 7am. Good thing I had the extra inside lock on the door. Then someone called and hung up the phone around 10:20am. Definitely not very relaxing with all of the sleep disturbances. Also, the shower spout kept breaking.
