This two bedroom, 2 bath condominium in the gated golf course community of Pointe Royale has been extensively remodeled from the flooring, cabinets, countertops -even the windows. This is a walk-in type unit with only 4 steps from the parking lot. The fully-equipped kitchen offers cherry cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. The living room boasts an inviting wood-burning fireplace with slate stone surround, comfy leather sofas new in 2023 (including a queen sleeper) and has direct access to a wonderful screened-in porch. Our screened porch is a fantastic way to enjoy your money coffee relaxing and watching wildlife in the wooded bluffs behind the condo. We are situated high on the bluffs overlooking Lake Taneycomo! This is a walk-in unit with four half-steps, so you won't have to carry your heavy groceries or luggage up and down an entire flight of stairs! The master bedroom suite has a king-sized "sleep number" bed so you can adjust the firmness of each side to your desired softness/firmness, and the master also has direct access to the screened porch. There is an oversized walk-in shower in the master bath. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed which also has a "sleep number" mattress and access to the hall bath. There are three flat-screen TVs (both bedrooms and living room) as well as wireless Internet. All the furniture and most appliances are newer (2023) as well as the cherry flooring, ceramic tile, and newer carpeting. Stay in luxury. No other rental unit compares!

The condo was exactly as pictured. Very clean and the perfect space for our family. It was close to all the main attractions. We did not use the pool or hot tub is the only reason I gave it 3 stars. We we're plenty busy with everything else we had going on. I would highly recommend this property and host.

Everything was perfect except the bed. It was really stiff and uncomfortable. Even trying to change the firmness with the remote, it just never felt any better. Other than that everything was perfect.

This condo was very clean, and exactly as pictured. We enjoyed the screened in patio and the amenities being so close. Very short walk to pool, basketball, pickleball courts, fitness room and golf pro shop/restaurant. Getting to the condo is very easy and late check in went very smooth. Lake Taneycomo was a very short walk from the condo or can take a car and there is parking. My son loved trout fishing. Location to restaurants and main strip was great. We would recommend pirates cove miniature golf and Susie’s sweet treats across the street from miniature golf. Pancho Villa Mexican Restaurant was very good along with SS Dock Cafe and Pub, they had really good seafood. The owners were very quick with responses and very helpful with booking and giving useful information about the surrounding areas. My kids had a blast zip-lining and doing the 100ft free fall at Wolfe Mountain. We also enjoyed the mountain coaster at night that was about 5 mins from the condo!

Our family absolutely loved this condo! For some of us, it was our second stay—and it was just as wonderful the second time around. The location is ideal: close enough to enjoy all that Branson has to offer, but far enough away to escape the hustle and bustle.The owner is fantastic—very responsive and easy to work with, which made everything even smoother.One of the best features of this unit is that there’s no one above you, so you don’t hear footsteps or noise from other guests. That made a big difference for the light sleepers in our group. The condo itself is spacious, allowing everyone to spread out and relax without feeling crowded. And the screened-in porch? Perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or winding down in the evening.If this unit is available—don’t hesitate. You won’t be disappointed!

Nothing negative to share. Wonderful condo- clean, comfortable, well kept, great screened in porch where we spent most of our time, and across the street from the pool/tennis courts/clubhouse. For any Branson activities and shows, it is an easy and short drive. Would definitely stay here again if we come to Branson in the future!
