Summary:
Welcome to Anchor Landing! This beautiful home is located in the Château Cove community with GORGEOUS VIEWS of TABLE ROCK LAKE here in the fun-filled city of Branson, Missouri! Space for your large group will not be a problem in this large 3-story home that can sleep up to 35 PEOPLE! 10 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms allow for everyone to have their own space while the large kitchen, 2 living rooms, and 3 BACK DECKS provide all the opportunities you want for everyone to be together!

The Space:
The HOT TUB, 2 FIRE PITS, pool table, air hockey, foosball table, shuffleboard, and arcade game offer something fun for everyone!!

Guest Access:
The whole home is all yours for you and your guests! You will also have access to all the neighborhood community amenities including the indoor pool, the outdoor pool, the playground, and the walking trail down to a little cove of Table Rock Lake!

The Neighborhood:
The well thought out neighborhood also provides endless opportunities for memories to be made! Just a few houses down is the INDOOR POOL complete with a sauna for the adults, umbrella fountains for the kids, and large glass garage doors that can open up with more views of Table Rock Lake for everyone! Out the front door of the house and up an outdoor staircase is the zero-entry OUTDOOR POOL where there are more umbrella fountains to enjoy, lots of lounge seating, more views of Table Rock Lake, AND the neighborhood PLAYGROUND for all the little ones!! Then, at the end of our street is access to Table Rock Lake! Enjoy the short wooded trail down to the neighborhood’s SECLUDED COVE! Bring your poles if you want to go FISHING, bring your floats if you want to go SWIMMING, or bring a lawn chair if you just want to sit back and ENJOY THE VIEW!

Getting Around:
Location at this home could not be more ideal to enjoy all that Branson has to offer! Take your group out on a boat from Château MARINA (3 minutes away) or the State Park MARINA (10 minutes away)! Go swimming at MOONSHINE BEACH (5 minutes away)! Have a fun-filled day at the city’s old-fashioned theme park, SILVER DOLLAR CITY (10 minutes away)! Or enjoy an endless amount of activities on the BRANSON 76 STRIP (8 minutes away)!

Further, any / all guest(s) may not engage in any illegal drug-related activity, including but not limited to recreational or medical cannabis on or near the home, property, or premises. We reserve the right to immediately terminate the stay if any guest(s) engage in such activities. If this policy is violated, the guest who booked the stay acknowledges and agrees he or she is subject to an immediate fine of $1000 USD, along with any property damages, and eviction. Perfect winter getaway for our crew!

Family holiday trip. 5/7 adult kids and their families. Perfect location! Walking distance to ,pool, lots to do at the house, hiking trails, beautiful view. The house itself is amazing! Only complaint- time went too fast!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND for a 2nd Time

Highly recommend for a 2nd consecutive year. This is the second time I've stayed with Nightly Vacations and the experience was just as good. Last year I stayed in Lakeside Landing and this year we stayed in Anchor Landing. Both homes are identical in room and bed configuration. We had a group of 19 from ages 2 through adult. The varying size rooms and beds worked great for us. Superior customer service from the team. Very communicative and responsive. We will use Adam again for our next trip to Branson.

Multi-Family Trip

Anchor Landing is a very spacious, clean, beautiful home! Our teens enjoyed the game room area downstairs. The kitchen is very well-stocked. Plenty of room for our three families. Plenty of parking spaces also. We can’t say enough good things about the home! Communication with the host is also excellent. We will recommend this home to others!

Women's Getaway

Took a group of ladies (24) to Branson for a quick overnight stay- This property was beautiful and even the pictures don't do it justice for how spacious it was! It was clean, we had an easy check in (went straight to home) so no time was spent on having to make extra stops. The host was great at answering my questions. We loved it and plan to use it again next year when we make a return trip.

Great stay

The house was perfect for our group. Bedrooms with bathrooms were amazing - it would help if some of bedrooms had a chair. The kitchen was great - need measuring cups - better working coffee makers - super slow and one kept going off - this is not a complaint but something simple that would really help groups. The owner was great and everything was top notch - loved the decks - the games and community- thanks for great stay and memories with our group!

Excellent fit for our 8 siblings + 5 spouses

This was a perfect fit for our family reunion of siblings and spouses. We were looking for 8 ensuite BRs with queen or king beds since we are a tall group. We also wanted multiple large gathering spaces to allow plenty of visitation time. This property fit all our needs. Having numerous game options (pool, air hocky, poker table w/chips) proved a great bonus. Two outside spaces (lower patio and mail level deck) were used heavily since we had great weather while there. The fire ring was great, too. We were there two full days, the first being our "outing" day. This property was ideally located for us to visit Top of the Rock and our excursion on the Branson Belle. We would definately stay here again!

Great Family Fun

Wow. What an awesome property and experience. We stayed with a group of 13. The house was extremely spacious and well supplied. The management seemed to have thought of everything from basic supplies like laundry detergent to firewood. It set a family record for the smallest grocery/supply run after arrival. Though we didn’t really need to, management communication was always positive and helpful. A pure 5-star experience. Highly recommend!

Perfection

If you are looking for the perfect home away from home for a large group or family event, this is it! The house is spacious and comfortable! The bunk rooms are awesome for lots of kids, as are all the games on the lower level and outside! The kitchen is well stocked and had pretty much everything we needed to keep 19 teenagers fed during our stay. The indoor pool is nearby and was a great way to spend an hour after a hot day at SDC. The house is located close enough to quickly get to all the activities Brandon has to offer, while also being set apart enough for quiet enjoyment of nature. The view of the lake and woods from the back decks made for a great place to start and end the day. Adam was super responsive to any questions we had and checked in on us without being obtrusive. We’re hoping to book another one of his properties soon.

Perfect vacation

The house was beautiful and exactly as described. One of our friends actually booked the same house for two weeks after us. Overall the stay was fantastic and they allowed us a late checkout which was great given the large amount of people that stayed.

Great Family House

If looking for a place to stay with a large family or group of friends this house has a great layout with bathrooms with each bedroom. Two dishwashers so no need to do dishes by hand. Game room was a hit with the kids! Had a nice night sitting by the fire pit!

Sweet Summer Heat

The Branson area didn't disappoint and the house was everything we needed for our large group. Even with the heat, thhe hot tub at night, fire pit for smores we are hit with the kids. The games we well played and the access to both the indoor and outdoor pools were frequented many times. Close access to beaches, boat rentals and all the many attractions and food options made this a perfect house for our vacation!
