Such a charming hotel. Delightfully decorated for the holidays. Lovely pool. Better than typical hotels and pricing very fair. Breakfast was typical and great coffee!

Denied a room and no help with a refund
We booked a 1 night stay after filtering for pet friendly hotels. We received a confirmation saying they couldn't wait to welcome us and our pet. The sign outside said pet friendly. Then at check in we were told we couldn't bring in our adventure cat. The clerk took back our keys and would not help with a refund. We left a voicemail for management the next day and received no response. This was the worst customer service of our cross country trip.

The hot tub and pool had floating hair balls that made you not want to swim. Half the place smelled like cigarette smoke. Rooms were comfortable.

False alarm!
Fire alarm went off at 6:45. We went to our vehicles, no one came out to say the alarm was over. We sat there for a while waiting. Received a card for a free night after 10 stays. A rate reduction on this current stay would have been much better. Probably won't be coming back. Everything else was nice though.

It was a pretty hotel and had good customer service. There is a lot of things to close to the hotel plus an outdoor mall right next to it. I would go there again next time I am in town.

Staff were very friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable. Then only issue was finding parking later in the evening. My Mom is disabled and we were not able to get a disabled parking spot the first night but Staff came outside to help us find a suitable spot. I think that was above and beyond. We will stay here again for sure.

Very nice room with one king bed, sofa and lounge chair. Very nice Christmas decorations. Easy drive to Dolly Parden Stampede. Breakfast was good with lots of choices. The staffwas very pleasant and gave ideas of other places to see like Top of the Rock.
