Met needs for stay, cooking & sleeping

Helpful & kind property management. Met all needs for a kitchen and sleeping arrangement. We didn't use bus service but stop is close. Our unit was the lower with no neighbors and didn't have anyone over us for the stay but upstairs neighbors can be heard.

Stayed @ Unit 1 with my two teens. Place was very comfortable and had eveything we neded. PRICE was well worth it considering everything else in Brek is @ least 3xs a normal price. Very convient location with bus stop just down the hill. Great parking and provisions. Easy and friendly check in/out. Would highly recommend!

If you haven’t been here before, recommend arriving in daylight as the place is nestled in secluded non lighted area and can be difficult to find at night. Need to ration hot water when showering if there’re multiple occupants. Hot water is limited. We had three people showering and unfortunately the third person had no hot water soon after started showering. The rooms are spacious but could use more lighting in the bedrooms. There’s only a desk lamp to light the one room. The master bedroom had two desk lamps but only one working. The living room and kitchen are well lit. The carpeting has stains all over the place and could use shampooing. The nightstands drawers smell musty. The kitchen had sufficient utensils, cutlery, plates, cups and glasses for 5. Could use some small plates as well. The cooking utensils are adequate but there was no flat spatula to cook eggs. Had to use the BBQ sized steak spatula.

Everything you need for skiing at Breckenridge. Very short walk to the free shuttle which takes you to the base of the mountain.

Great and affordable place for a ski trip

Great place to stay. Only downside is the bathroom has a sliding door to the master room. Great for families with younger kids. Also very close to lift parking and bus line.
