Tämä voi olla paras sijainti Breckissä. Olemme sijaitsee keskellä kaupunkia. Mainstreetin keskusta on muutaman minuutin kävelymatka. Lumihiutalehissi, Peak 8-gondola, Peak 9 -yhteys, Breck Free Ride Shuttle ja Blue River Plaza ovat kaikki vain 1-2 korttelin päässä. Pysäköi ajoneuvo yhdelle varattuihin pysäköintipaikkoihimme ja älä huolehdi siitä, että pääset takaisin siihen vasta, kun on aika suunnata kotiin.

Tule rentoutumaan ja nauttimaan vuorista hiljattain uusitussa 2Br / 2 Bth 1144 m² -huoneistossamme. Makuuhuoneessa nukkuu 5 queen-vuode ja täysi parivuode ja siinä on oma kylpyhuone. Toinen makuuhuone 4 vuodepaikkaa, 2 queen-vuodetta ja oma kylpyamme sekä höyrysuihku. Täysi pyykkisarja sijaitsee myös tässä kylvyssä. Ruokailutila istuu 7 pöydän ääressä ja 2 keittiön tiskialueella. Ulkoterassilla on 4 kauniilla näkymällä vuorille ja siinä on upouusi Weber-maakaasugrilli. Tilavassa olohuoneessa on 55 "taulutelevisio, satelliitti-tv, WiFi, 2 mukavaa sohvaa ja kaasutakka.
Keittiössä on kaikki mitä tarvitset kokki-aterian valmistamiseksi koko perheelle. Suuren hiihto- tai retkeilypäivän jälkeen voit nauttia uima-altaan ulkopuolella olevista porealtaista tai käydä lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä Yläkylän yleisestä alueesta ja pelata lämmitettyssä ulkouima-altaassa ja porealtaissa (ulkopuolella) Village Rd: llä. Siellä on myös ulkouimakaapisto, joka sijaitsee aivan etuoven ulkopuolella.

Tämä huoneisto on saanut hyvää palautetta sijainnistaan lähellä kaikkea. Majoituspaikka sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Breckenridgen laskettelukeskus. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa esimerkiksi porealtaan. Huoneistossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön muun muassa keittiön ja 2 kylpyhuonetta.

Just what we needed
Just as advertised. We chose for location and that worked out well. Shuttle stops are a short walk (5 mins or less) from the complex, and that gets you to gondola or Peak 9 base quickly. One morning when we missed the shuttle, we simply walked to the gondola (no prob in snowboard boots; wouldn't recommend in ski boots) Main St is an easy walking distance too, depending on temps and snow.

Excellent Location for Skiing and Shopping
We skied and shopped Main Street while staying at this property and both were very easily accessible. If you’re skiing take the Snowflake Lift in the morning and then take the 4 O’Clock run at the end of the day. You’ll miss all the traffic and lines!Ski storage was a nice feature right outside the front door.Beds were comfortable, condo was clean and kitchen was well stocked.Having a washer and dryer in the unit was an added bonus and the tap water was fantastic!

Comfortable space with well stocked kitchen, fireplace, washer/dryer. Everything to make home like stay. Our only complaint is that beds in second bedroom were very uncomfortable. Recommend replacement. Otherwise perfect. Owner very helpful and accommodating.

Perfect Ski Condo
Phil’s condo is a perfect and comfortable spot for your ski vacation! The location couldn’t be better: cross the street for the quick shuttle to the base or cross the other way and you’re right downtown. The space is cozy for recovering after a long ski day and the the beds are very comfortable. Everything was super easy and Phil was great at communicating with us. Will definitely go back!

Condo was in great shape and location was ideal. We were able to walk a short distance to the bus stop that quickly takes you to the snowflake lift, and then used Four O'Clock run at the end of the day to get back. Communication with Phil was excellent. Only upgrade would be the two mattresses for the bunk bed. These really need to be replaced. The other 3 beds (all queens) are comfortable mattresses. Overall a great place to stay.

Wonderful Christmas at This Property!!
Our family of 8 stayed very comfortably in this property. We had 5 adults and 3 teens and there was plenty of space for all of us. Phil was a wonderful host and responded quickly to any of our questions. The condo was the absolute best location, near the free ski shuttle and close to the snowflake run. You could easily ski down the 4 o'clock run at the end of the day and walk over to the condo! For those not skiing, it is the perfect location to visit main street without needing to drive!! It is just a few minutes to access the wonderful shops and restaurants. We visited the week before Christmas and left on Christmas day and the crowds were perfect!!! I would expect it would be much worse had we done the following week. All in all, we love the property and will book it again!

Phil's place is perfectly situated in town and he was the most attentive host! We had plenty of room for our family, the kitchen was well stocked and lots of well thought out touches. We spent a few weeks in Breck and it was truly a great experience! Plan on staying again when we go back!

Great Location!
This is our second time staying at 4o’clock and it did not disappoint! Such a close walk to town and we could ski home at the end of each day! Great communication with property manager and we had all that we needs for a comfortable stay with our adult kids.

This property served us well during our stay. The location was perfect. You could easily walk to Main Street and basically ski down to the condo using the Lower 4 O’Clock run. Great Place, Host and Location
Had a great trip for Family of 5. Phil was a great host and so easy to work with. Condo is just as nice as looks and very well stocked so we needed to bring nothing. Plenty of pillows, towels, kitchen supplies,, laundry supplies, etc. Location is easy 5 min walk to Main Street. Ski in is easy and just across the street when ski down almost to bottom of 4 o’clock run. Flat 3-5 min walk Ski out is about 5 -10 min walk up hill on 4 o’clock road to snow flake lift. Hill makes it a little harder but was doable for teenagers and all. May be harder for young kids but can be dropped off easy or free shuttle is right across the road. 2 whirlpools close by were hot and clean and had glass wind break wall around them which was nice. Agin highly recommend, and thanks to Phil for being so responsive and helpful.

Great condo on 4 O'Clock run
We really enjoyed our stay in this condo, which is in a great location. The condo is close enough to walk anywhere in town, yet you are still able to ski in at the end of the day via the 4 O'Clock run. The frequent and free bus shuttles easily get you up the street to the Snowflake lift, or to the nearby Beaver Run Lift or Gondola to start your ski day. We also appreciated how the condo was updated and the overall layout, which worked great for our group - with 2 separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Bonus were all the awesome hooks right by the door and ski storage right outside the door. Would definitely recommend this condo!

Great stay
Communication with owner/management was timely and responsive. We enjoyed our stay here. A short walk across the parking lot after skiing all the way down 4 O clock run. It's close to the snowflake lift which is never crowded and you can access all peaks from there. It's also a short walk across the street to main street without having to pay for parking. Covered parking access is a plus.
