Amazing place to stay short drive from Winterberg and Welling. The host and house is livery very well stocked kitchen. Has everything one needs for a break from busy city life with friends and family.

Die Räumlichkeiten waren von der Aufteilung her ganz in Ordnung. Bei der Sauberkeit ist es dann schon anders. Schaut lieber nicht unter die Sofas. In den Fensterrahmen sieht es auch nicht besser aus. Beim Besteck haben wir lieber "Nachgebessert" und selber noch einmal gespült. Dann noch etwas für den Vermieter: das Haus immer wieder auskühlen lassen und dann von den Mietern durchheizen zu lassen ist absolut nich okay. Die Nebenkostenabrechnung ist überhöht! 1,75 je Liter!Weil sich der Heizkörperregler in einem Schlafzimmer nicht einstellen lies (und auf * stand) war es dort halt "KALT"! Im oberen Badezimmer war es ebenfalls "KALT" weil wohl Luft im Heizkörper war. Einen Hausmeister gibt es laut Frau Geli ja nicht. Sie hat uns wenigstens noch mit ein wenig Streusalz versorgt, worüber sich der Vermieter auch keinen Kopft macht. Wer räumt vorm Haus bzw. die Treppen und Einfahrt.Der Ferseher funktioniert auch nicht gut. Bilder hätte ich gerne angehängt.

Wir waren als Gruppe mit 8 Personen da. Was uns segr gzt gefallen hat war die ruhige Lage, große Küche modern eingerichtete Bäder. Die Sauna, der Partyraum mit Billard und Bar waren für unsere Zwecke ausreichend. Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen.unser zwecke genügendwa

Wir waren 14 Freunde, full House. Der Keller ist größer als er auf en Bildern aussieht. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und trotz erlaubter Haustiere, kamen unsere Allergiker gut bis sehr gut. Die Verwalterin war sehr kulant und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem hatten wir einen fantastischen Aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder

Moin, Wir haben das Haus für einen Männerurlaub genutzt. Für diesen Zweck war das Haus völlig ausreichend. Leider sind die Schlafzgekommen. Im Wohnzimmer könnte auch Ei.

Auch wir waren bereits zum vierten Mal in der besagten Unterkunft. Auch wir mussten feststellen, dass es nun an der Zeit ist, Geld zu investieren, um den Zustand von vor mindestens vier Jahren wieder herzustellen. Da für die Endreinigung 120 Euro vorab gezahlt werden müssen, darf oder muss man davon ausgehen, dass eine solche Endreinigung auch durchgeführt wird und dem Nachmieter zu Gute kommt. Während unseren Aufenthaltes streikte plötzlich die Spülmaschine (Miele Fehlercode F70). Ich hoffe, die Nachmieter werden von diesem Umstand nicht überrascht. Auch funktioniert der Fernseher nicht einwandfrei (diese soll dem Vermeiter bereits seit längerem bekannt sein !!!) Da besagtes Haus jedoch für unsere Zwecke derzeit perfekt ist, haben wir trotz der oben aufgeführten Mängel bereits für 2025 gebucht. Ich hoffe, die von mir aufgeführten "Probleme" gehören dann der Vergangenheit an.

Wir hatten das Haus zum vierten mal angemietet, mussten aber feststellen, dass inzwischen doch ein beträchtlicher Renovierungsbedarf besteht. So gesehen dürfte das vorerst unser letzter Auftritt dort gewesen sein.

Gelungener Gruppernaufenthalt
Der Empfang durch Geli war herzlich. Das Haus ist genau richtig für eine große Personengruppe. Küche gut und ausreichend ausgerüstet. Viel Platz im Haus und den Zimmern. Zimmer sind einfach eingerichtet und würden bestimmt mal eine Renovierung über sich ergehen lassen. Kellerbar und Billard laden zum Verweilen ein. Bettwäsche kann gemietet werden, Handtücher jeglicher Art müssen mitgebracht werden. Ausflugsziele gibt es genug - man muß aber vorher schauen wohin es gehen soll/kann. WLAN ist ausreichend und gut.

Ruim huis met ruimte voor fietsen
Het huis is binnen wel wat versleten (vloer en muren) maar de bedden zijn prima en de keuken heel compleet. Jammer dat de tv stoorde. We waren met 8 mannen en er was ek op tv. (O.a. Nederland moest spelen). Ontvangst van Geli was hartelijk. We konden er eerder in en wat later inchecken in overleg met haar.

- es sind viele Treppenstufen um ins EG zu kommen, also muss man gut zu Fuß sein - hätte etwas sauberer sein können (Spinnenweben, altes Papier vom Vorgänger im Schlafzimmer) - Betten bretthart - 1.OG könnte einen neuen Anstrich gebrauchen (Tapete von 1980) - es sind Waschbecken in jedem Zimmer -Grill vorhanden -Whirlpool gab es nicht (falsch beschrieben, ist eine normale Badewanne) -andere Beleuchtung wäre wünschenswert -neuer Staubsauber ebenfalls
