Great location, but comfort can be improved.
Great location in the city; Large and fun reception area where you can hang out. Good breakfast! However, the rooms were too warm with the thermostats not working properly. The duvets were also too warm, and so the nights were not that comfortable. The third bed in the room is too hard and so not too comfortable too. Cleanliness in the bathrooms can be improved.

A really good location to Brugge town centre with very clean and up-to-date/modern decoration throughout. Our accommodation was perfect for 4 family adults, comprising of two bedrooms on separate levels, within the same apartment. There was a good selection for breakfast, catering for all and the staff were very friendly.

Good location, nice room with plenty of space, water fountain and carafe really good idea to reduce plastic waste. Breakfast was not a good experience, very busy, difficult to find a free table, some foods running out and pretty expensive, better to find a cafe in town.

Lovely breakfast, nice clean modern rooms. 15min walk from Bruges train station and 10min walk to the square. Lots of places to eat and beer tasting nearby. Right by the half maan brewery. Staff are friendly.

Amazing, really amazing!
We stayed end Aug and the pool was a lovely addition for the children. It’s chilly but heated and they provide pool towels. The hotel has been refurbished recently and was very comfortable and well equipped (kettle in room). We included breakfast which was the best breakfast of any hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The location is awesome. Tucked off the street but 5 mins to walk to the main areas and 10 mins to station. The staff were brilliant and helpful. They even have a water fountain in the lobby that dispenses still or sparkling so bring a bottle with you!
