I’ve stayed at this location a few times and have generally had a pretty good 4 star experience. HOWEVER this time around was so disappointing. Our room floor was filthy. We actually had to wear hard bottom slippers/shoes the entire time. It was clear the floor hadn’t been swept and mopped for some time. Housekeeping services were extremely slow, which caused massive laundry and trash pile ups. I had to buy my own cleaning supplies and seek out additional towels and sheets. We stayed for nearly a week and almost every day our room cards timed out, preventing us from accessing the room. The guests directly above us were extremely loud and inconsiderate allowing either small children and pets to run up and down the room between the hours of 12am and 6am. The temperature in the room was either frigid or scorching, so I’m assuming the thermostat was also malfunctioning. The hotel double charged us and acted clueless on how to reverse one of the charges, leading me to initiate a bank dispute. I also found it odd that hotel staff literally competed for breakfast food intended for guests during guest breakfast hours. It was extremely
Inappropriate. Not sure if this hotel is under new management but I’d think twice about staying here again. I filed a complaint with corporate.
