Close to everything downtown Buena Park, walking distance to a lot of restaurants and Starbucks. Rooms were decent, not super remodeled. Little bugs thru out the room that looked like large ants, front desk at check in was very professional and nice!

Room was not up to standards that they advertise on the Expedia page. The front desk male who was not in any uniform, poor presentation attire and was a not nice at all when asked to use the phone, the laundry ladies working that night was supper kind to let me use her cell phone. Place sucks for real.

Just ok at best. Hot tub was like warm and jets didn’t function. Continental breakfast was sparse and minimal. Had a leaking sink - plumbing issue in our room. On the plus side the check in and staff seemed very pleasant and the location was convenient.

Unexpected what see when I open the door and stepped inside the room. The bad odor of the room (don't think the room was cleaned before passing it to me. The floor was soaking wet and the sink was dirty with debris and left over food from someone washed their mount. Of course I can not accept this condition. I went to the office to complain and they switched the room for me. (The man that working that night was bad attitude and so mean). I think just a bad apple in the basket. Thanks to the girl working with him. She was so polite and nice smile. Next day morning during checking out the hotel I met the girl again with professional attitude and sorry for what happened last night. Thanks to her that make my long day driving back to San Jose with happiness.

The breakfast area was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. Didn’t have hot water in the first room. They were able to move me but didn’t have any more of the type of room I paid for. The place is pretty run down. Every room was very different. We were in 4 total some nicer than others like they were updated very far apart. The first and third room had privacy in the bathroom but the other two rooms had a sliding barn style door with glass instead of wood so all occupants could hear and see the person using the shower once they got out. Saw several cockroaches. The pool is missing a lot of tiles and the hot tub is not hot probably due to the season. We received towels that had lipstick on them and some with brown spots. I know the room wasn’t super expensive for the area but for 100 a night I did expect the rooms to be nicer. The vending machine in the lobby ran out of drinks the second day. They do offer free water and tea in the lobby though. The location is great for going to knottsberry farm.

It is a homeless shelter, they rent the rooms and have it in the back of the hotel under the suites. When we would be outside, they would ask us to buy stolen items, and for change, or anything that they saw.. Hottub was cold but if not for that it was decent.

This place is very ran down. The mattress on the sofa bed was stained and was so old and thin we couldn’t use it and we had the room for 7 people. The shower head was mildewed and rusted. Bathtub was disgusting. Stains on walls and rust/mold. I think people live there. Holes in windows on the property. They have a security officer at night but it did not help to make the place feel safe.

It was very dirty !!! I found hair in one of our towels the floor had stuff and there was a lighter under the bed so clearly this floor had not been swept. This place really needs a deep cleaning. They did provide continental breakfast and parking . But the room was honestly disgusting.
