Pent House Ocean Front Complex - 2 Bedrooms 2 Baths

This penthouse condominium is located in a private, gated ocean front complex. There are two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious private balcony. You can relax in the living room or outside on the balcony and watch cruise ships and boats sailing in and out Port Canaveral. The kitchen is fully equipped with a new stove and microwave, a new full size refrigerator with an ice maker and we have a regular coffee maker. The dining room table seats four and this unit also has a new stackable washer and dryer. You can start each day watching the sun rise and end the day watching the sun set. A private, gated boardwalk takes you over the dunes to a white sandy beach where you can bask in the sun, wade in the ocean or take a casual stroll down the beach. There is also a heated pool and hot tub. This condo is located at Royal Mansions in Cape Canaveral on the beach and is great for singles, couples or families, each bedroom has its own bathroom. This unit is not on the ground floor and there are no elevators in the complex, you have to go up a set of stairs from the parking lot to reach the condo. The penthouse is a multi level condominium so you have to go up another set of stairs when you enter the condo to reach the main floor. There is also a set of stairs that takes you to a spacious bedroom and bathroom on the third floor. There is a queen size bed in the bedroom on the main floor and a king size bed on the third floor bedroom. There should be beach chairs and a beach umbrella for you to use but these items are not inventoried after each stay. Please note, you are not allowed to have a motorcycle or any type of trailer or RV onsite at this property per the condominium association's rules. Also, there is a beach renourishment project ongoing from November 2024-April 2025, please refer to the City Of Cape Canaveral website for more information www.cityofcapecanaveral.org

Great view of the ocean from the large balcony.The unit itself is in need of a lot of updating. The carpet on the stairs and bedroom should be replaced with a hard surface. The king mattress needs to be replaced.

Great location
Lots going on. There were 3 rocket launches and lots of cruise ships to watch. There high chairs on the balcony so you can see over the wall. The pool is warm. The unit is comfortable and it looks like the appliances are new. It was nice that there were beach chairs and sand toys available. I struggled with the locks. It was hard to see the numbers and letters and there are 3 combinations to remember.

Fantastic condo on a great beach!
The condo is just as advertised, and has everything one would need for a great getaway! The property faces north, so we were fortunate to sit on the balcony and watch a night time rocket launch, which was awesome! We had a small maintanence issue, and the owners were very easy to get a hold of, responsive, and resolved the issue quickly. Overall, another wonderful stay at this condo!

Great place in a great location!
We spent two months in Fred and Lisa's condo. Location was just steps from the uncrowded beach, with a view of the ocean from the balcony. We enjoyed watching cruise ships emerge from the Port and saw some rocket launches from the Cape. Furniture was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped even for a lengthy stay. We highly recommend this unit.

Couple of things caused us to rate it a 95/100 ... view from balcony was not exactly as expected, shower heads need to be updated, and key code to and from pool was a headache ... everything else was very nice and we enjoyed our stay very much and would consider returning in the near future.

Great getaway!!
My family had an awesome time at Cocoa Beach. Condo was beautiful and great location! This was our 4th stay at Royal Mansions and each time has been wonderful. Owners were very pleasant to work with and communication was easy! Will definitely be going back next year!

We had a great stay at the Royal Mansions. The condo was the perfect size. Kitchen and laundry availability was huge for us. The beach was just a short walk and the pool was perfect. We lucked out with great weather! We would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Royal mansion resort. The view was absolutely beautiful. Rooms were clean as well as the pool area. Only drawback was the stairs but got use to them. Would definitely recommend staying here

This is a great 2 story condo with gorgeous views of the cruise ships in the jetty. The balcony is perfect for coffee in the morning and late happy hours. The condo has 2 bedrooms and baths. It is well equipped with towels and kitchen appliances. It is important to know there are several flights of stairs. It was not a problem for us. This was our second stay. I highly recommend this condo.
