The house is beautiful, management is not
The process of getting the check-in info was difficult. I had missed an email that the company had sent, we booked the Thursday or Friday before our vacation the following monday, our drive there I was checking my VRBO and email for the check-in info which was not there. I messaged first through the app to get the info, no reply for 30+minutes so I called. Phone rang until it was picked up by v-mail, I left a message. Then I had a reply on the app. We are already driving at this point and service was bad, to get in touch with them over the phone is nonexistent and through the app is slow. Eventually I received the email that we needed to fill out and sign (15+ pages of stuff) we got our check-in info and proceeded to the property. Once we went inside there were over 25+ huge dead bugs/flys in every room besides one of the bedrooms. We swept them up and took photos and let the property manager know there was dead bugs everywhere and that they had already been cleaned Their response was if I needed them to send housecleaning. No, it had already been clean. They said the house was cleaned 9 DAYS before our arrival. Which is gross to not even have a walk through the day of to check everything for guests that are paying them for a service. Second day of vacation I (mom) fell from the hot tub into the pool because they have a slab of countertop in the hot tub waterfall area! It is over 2 weeks since our vacation and I still have nasty bruises down the back of my leg. No warning!
