Me and my boyfriend came here for his birthday. Staff were so friendly and the room was amazing. We went out to dinner and came back to the bar in the hotel afterwards. Overall, was a really good visit, easy to check in and check out, will definitely stay again.

Fabulous hotel, Very clean. Lovely well-appointed rooms. If you like a good nights sleep its the quietest darkest rooms I have ever stayed in. We had an atrium room. Only downside we found the virtual room keys on our phones a bit temperamental. Breakfast expensive.

The flight from US to London is about 8 hours . The check in time is not until 3 pm . Our flight arrived early so we were at the hotel at around10 am. We expected a little bit of courtesy from the hotel to at least provide us a room around 12pm but the Trainee at the hotel was blunt and told us “it will be No earlier than 3 pm , see you at 3 pm”.
