Villa Tortuga - Place to relax

Perheystävällinen loma-asunto, jonka tarjontaan kuuluu vesipuisto
Tässä savuttomassa loma-asunnossa on vesipuisto, kuumavesiallas, and puutarha. Lisäksi majoituspaikassa on grillejä. Loma-asunnossa asiakkaiden käytössä on 3 makuuhuonetta sekä ilmainen Wi-Fi ja terassi. Asiakkaiden käytössä on yksityinen uima-allas sekä keittiö, jossa on jääkaappi ja uuni.
Ilmastoiduissa huoneissa on yksityinen uima-allas ja kahvin-/teenkeitin. Huoneessa on patio. Huoneissa on kalusteina ruokailupöytä ja keittiösaareke. Huoneissa on älytelevisio. Keittiö, jossa on jääkaappi, liesi, mikroaaltouuni ja astiat/ruokailuvälineet. Kylpyhuoneista löytyy suihku ja hiustenkuivaaja.

Asiakkaat voivat surffata verkossa käyttämällä huonehintaan sisältyvää langatonta internetyhteyttä. Liiketoimintaa tukeviin palveluihin kuuluvat työhuoneet ja työpöydät.

Escape from winter

Fun in the Sun
We had a very good stay. The home was clean and ready for us to enjoy. The pool was nice and the ability to sit down by the canal was nice. The house is comfortable and felt more like home than many of the rentals we have stayed at in the past. Although the pool heater was not working when we arrived. It was quickly replaced and quickly heated up.

Amazing home!
We had a wonderful time at this home. The hosts were very gracious and quick to respond. Nearly everything we could want was present, was high quality, and in excellent shape. The location was great, the heated pool was very nice, and everything was very clean. This was by far our best VRBO stay!! Would absolutely stay here again!!!

The Melinis Family Vaca 2023
Last year we stayed for a week…needed more time. This year we stayed for 2 weeks! Still not enough time;) Next year, I’m pushing for 4 weeks! This house is so comfy cozy, well equipped n let’s not forget about the pool. Everything ya need to cook a simple meal or an elaborate meal. We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home!

My parents and I had a fabulous time at this property. They had all the amenities and more that you would need. It was conveniently located to many wonderful golf courses, Cape Royal became a fast new favorite. The house was very clean and honestly better than expected. We hope to come back again next year! It was definitely what we we're looking for, otherwise we wouldn't have rented it. The only thing that I disliked was having to get propane if we we're to use the grill, cleaning it would have not been a problem.

This house was fabulous! We loved the pool and all the space. The neighborhood was quiet and close to everything we wanted. We played games, lounged on the big couch, watched tv and cooked on the grill. Very relaxing. The property owners responded quickly if we needed anything. We would stay here again!

Pool complete disappointment
When we arrived the pool area had broken glass on the deck( beer bottle pieces). The property manager advised us to be careful after I talked with him the next day about what we found. I took care of cleaning the pool deck up myself along with the combos, pretzels and other chips left on the patio to greet us. The property manager was obviously aware there was an issue and cited “that’s why they like the camera on in the pool area to see what’s going on.” We asked for camera’s other than in the front of the home to be masked during our stay prior to arrival twice and yet they all were not, which I took care of as well upon arrival. The pool only is set to run between 9am-3pm which is the time it then heats. That didn’t work well for us because we were around in the mornings and evenings. The pool is set to 80 which isn’t super warm for winter months or cooler weather and especially not both. The Property manager refused to let us run it at alternate times citing the noise would disturb the neighbors. It took from when we checked in Friday till Wednesday for the pool issue to finally be resolved so it could be heat at other times of the day. I had to reach out to the owner directly since the property manager proved to be essentially useless in a situation where he is required to do something helpful. We were left with 4 rolls of toilet paper for the week, 4 bath towels and 4 pool towels. I would select another location if you are wanting this home to be able to enjoy the pool. The exposure also means the pool is in the shade as early as 3pm in the afternoon. It should also be noted the canal is not deep enough to kayak in, at least when we were there. My kids were able to walk on the sides of the canal bottom since the water was so low. Two comforters also had stains on them(master and guest room king). I don’t expect to go on vacation, rent a property only to have to be the maid and clean up, deal with pool issues and address performance issues of the property manager multiple times. I use VRBO all the time for the past 5 years and have always been able to give great reviews, but this property and the service did not come close To what would be expected.
