Beer bottles and garbage all over the parking lot. Elevator doesn’t work. Breakfast was not good. Most everything was out and we could not get silverware or coffee and this was close to 8:30 when it was not near ending time. Toilets didn’t flush well. Staff wanted to argue about my payment method. Management refused to come out of their breakfast to assist so I was charged twice. Had to spend my whole day trying to prove their error in order to get my money back. Very inconvenient way to spend my trip. Staff tried to embarrass me by repeatedly saying my card was declined which was a lie.

Great value for location.
Overall very good. Very nice people; area not so great. Plenty of parking. Excellent value at the rate we paid. Room was spacious and comfortable. Will need some updates soon.
