Viehättävä ja nykyaikainen kahden makuuhuoneen huoneisto sijaitsee ihanteellisella paikalla Ylä-King Street -kadulla Marion-aukion reunalla. Lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä ovat huippuluokan kaupat ja ravintolat, kuten Halls Chophouse, The Darling Oyster Bar, Parcel 32, O-Ku ja Kudu Coffee & Craft Beer. Yksityinen pysäköinti on suoraan rakennuksen takana, joten voit jättää autosi ja kävellä kaikkialla Charlestonin keskustan sydämessä.

Avoin olohuone ja keittiö aamiaisbaarilla ovat täydellinen paikka aloittaa päiväsi. Kaksi mukavaa makuuhuonetta (toisessa king-size-vuode ja toisessa queen-vuode) jakaa täydellinen kylpyhuone käytävällä. Tunnet olosi kotoisaksi, jos sinulla on täydellinen keittiö, ilmainen Wi-Fi ja kaapeli-TV (jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on taulutelevisio kaapelilla).

Nauti koko kesän Marion-aukiolla nurkan takana viljelijöiden markkinoilta paikallisten taiteilijoiden, myyjien ja viljelijöiden kanssa. Koko vuoden ajan King Streetin toinen sunnuntai (tapahtuu kunkin kuukauden toisena sunnuntaina) sulkee Lower Kingin “shop & kävelylle”, jossa on katumyyjiä ja esiintyjiä, elävää musiikkia, ruokailua ja ostoksia.

Toisen kerroksen huoneistossa on portaat, joista pääsee vuokraan (hissiä ei ole käytettävissä). Avaimeton sisääntulolukko mahdollistaa helpon pääsyn asuntoon ja ulos.

Great Location
The apartment is located in the middle of everything and very walkable to most attractions. While clean it could use a major scrub down and a little more TLC, things are starting to wear down. Communication with the corporate owner was not confirmed or responded to. I had to initiate confirmations. Easy to check in although arriving late the entrance is not well lit and could be improved. Furniture is comfortable but could use updating. The beds were comfortable but lighting in the bath is poor. The contract to rent is a bit extreme and you have to sign an adhesion agreement that severely limits your rights if anything goes wrong. Too much corporate and not enough heart. Longing for the days of owner operated properties

Great location!
We were able to walk everywhere from this location! A 15 minute walk to the French quarter. Bars and restaurants everywhere! The apartment was clean and the host accommodating. Some updates are needed such as additional night stands, plugs/usbs,microwave panel kept falling off, ice dispenser did not dispense. Overall a good experience.

PERFECT location!
This property was absolutely perfect for our 4-person gals trip to Charleston. Located right by all of the shops, restaurants, and bars we wanted to go to, we didn’t have to get into an Uber a single time over the weekend. Check in and check out process was an absolute breeze and the apartment had all the space we needed, including one parking spot right out back. Five stars all around, highly recommend!!

Wonderful Stay
First off let me say the listing is extremely accurate, from pictures to location and other reviews. The check in process was extremely easy, communication with management was quick and easy. The location of the unit is second to none. It was perfect and walking distance to everything! The unit is not entirely kid friendly but nor does it say it is. We had a couple of small issues, the host was more then willing to accommodate extremely quickly, and great communication and updates were given. Absolutely would stay here again and at any of their other properties!

Great location and comfortable, clean quarters...however, a few safety items
This 2 bedroom VRBO is lovely and perfectly located on King Street within walking distance of many restaurants and things to see. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The property manager made our check-in process very easy and most everything was in working order. However, there are a few safety issues that need to be addressed ASAP. The first is the entrance is behind the building, and there were no working lights at that door, making that area very dark and unsafe at night. The property manager told me they are working with the building owner to get it fixed, but it was an issue for us during out stay. The second item is a clogged bathtub drain, which makes the tub very slick and unsafe when stepping into it with the shower on. The last item is a good sized gap in a window pane in the living room. If there is any kind of bad weather (heat/cold/rain/humidity) it is going to come into that room. Overall, we would probably stay here the next time we are in Charleston. Nevertheless, we would definitely use Luxury Simplified Retreats again.

Family Getaway
We stayed for 3 nights last week and loved this apartment. The location was perfect for sightseeing and dining. Also a big bonus to have a parking spot. Only thing I would add is that from this apartment you can hear the Saturday evening noise from King Street. We brought a small sound machine and it completely diffused the sound. Would most definitely stay here again!
