The room was nasty. There was a huge spot in the carpet that appeared to be blood. There were bugs and spiders in the bathroom. The lady at the front desk apparently didn’t want to be at work. When I went to the office to report the room. She seemed to be aggravated and upset. Not very professional.

This was a very nice hotel. It was clean and had a beautiful view to the creek. The breakfast was good. Not far from shops and casino.

I was a little skeptical due to the 3.5 star review but I was amazed how clean the facility was. Everyone was super friendly, even on New Year’s Day treated us like family. Breakfast had good variety and great coffee! I would recommend to anyone, specially 5 mins from Casino!!

The property is easily accessible to everything in Cherokee. The beds are super comfortable! It was nice listening to the creek water and watching the geese.
