Although this stay was a little bit into the city and not too close to downtown, it was perfect. I’ll take a 15 min Lyft into the city to have a clean, welcoming, and comfortable stay.

We were staying at this hotel to be part of a conference and the hotel was oversold so they sent us downtown to a partner hotel. I don’t understand how they can do that!

First room I was assigned was occupied. I walked in on a gentleman who was not expecting this. Front desk staff reacted to this by assigning me a different room. No apologies, however. They did offer me a free drink and snack. I said that an apology should go out to the person whose room I walked into.

The parking is a little expensive because you have to pay per night, otherwise I found this stay exceptional. The breakfast changed every day, the staff was kind and courteous, everything was clean, and the hotel is in a good location.

The staff was friendly and check in was easy. The hotel and room was clean. Parking was right behind the hotel but it was $30 per night. The complimentary breakfast was okay. What I didn’t like was there were no bath towels. The lighting in the room was horrible. Nobody wants to get ready in low lighting. And then we asked for more toilet paper as there were only 2 given and it was 6 of us. The last night there the front desk said they ran out of toilet paper completely. They gave us paper-towels to wipe with.

The hotel was very clean and modern looking. Perfect location as transportation was very close to commute into the city. Only thing that was a con was that we didn’t have anyone come clean the room until we were checking out. However, it didn’t bother us. The complementary breakfast was good as well!
