Typical hotel room. Large clean everything one needs. I enjoyed in room dining service after long days trekking. Food was ok. Wines were not great. Facility is beautiful with loads of gardens.

Amazing property with comfy bed and bathtub and shower. Our room looked out onto the spectacular grounds with roses blooming when we were there. The onsite restaurant is excellent.

Christchurch stay

We were in room 252 next to the stairs and lift. The room suffered from high noise levels when the lift or stairs were in use. The room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. However, there were no drawers to unpack our clothes into. The chairs in the room were uncomfortable to sit on. The breakfast was good.
