Nice hotel. I take my daughter to different hotels in the area that have indoor pools for little getaways. This Hotel had a very nice staff starting with Nate. Very friendly and helpful. Whenever we interacted the staff in the halls or pool area they were all friendly. The breakfast that majority really like was not for us. Decent spread with several options but we did not find it too yummy, however there are so many restaurants in the surrounding area it was no biggie. Pool was great temp and clean my daughter and friend enjoyed it. The hot tub was GREAT! Hot, powerful jets that were all working. Best hot tub I have experienced in our area. We will definitely return!

This place seems to have gone downhill. They never cleaned my room even though when I left the room on the morning of my final full day I was mindful to remove the "do not disturb" tag AND housekeeping was cleaning the room directly across the hall (and another housekeeping cart was just down the hall). Is it cleaning by appointment only lol? Also, despite five attempts, the front desk was unable or unwilling to get my keyfob to work on the side door (you think they would have walked outside to check it themselves to make sure whether it worked or not, but I guess that would have been too much effort. Instead, they had the nerve to blame my keeping the fob near my phone/credit cards, BUT the fob worked on my room so that clearly was not the issue. Been staying there for many years, but maybe time for a change. I noticed a Fairfield Inn across the road.

I found the staff to be friendly and the overall look and feel was clean. I was not impressed with the sound isolation in the walls, I was woken up at 6am with what sounded like a loud phone call within my room. When I tried contacting the front desk the phone didn’t work as well. Their breakfast gets a 4 out 5, I would have like whipped cream with my waffle as I would at holidays inn. Overall not a bad choice if you pack ear plugs :p

Very welcoming staff. Jane at the front was very professional and courteous. Breakfasts cook was always cheerful and breakfast was good and well stocked. Even the man just vacuuming and cleaning lobby area was helpful and attentive. Pool area was clean and relaxing.
