Every single staff member from check in, valet and the restaurant were very welcoming with fast, easy service. This hotel is very clean, comfortable bed and great location for an affordable price. Highly recommend.

The place is not well kept. The bathroom design is terrible when you shower water gets everywhere and there is water damage all over the bathroom. I moved my room multiple times they were all the same.

Everything was marvelous, only thing we were upset about, the Kitchen was closed when we returned from the game. It was 9:05pm, and the hostess said they were having problems, some we had to go cross the street to eat.

Great night
Had a bit of a travel disaster and needed a place for a few days. The Kimpton Schofield in Cleveland was just fantastic and having such comfortable beds made up for a lost night of sleep. The room was clean and quiet and the hotel and its staff were the best. We were traveling with our dog (he's 5) and it was great. They shared a dog bed, bowls for his food and even a treat. And then a humidifier for us. Very happy we found this place! Completely worth it and very highly recommended.
