A completely cigarette smoking free property no exceptions, You will not want to leave this one bedroom oceanfront condo located in the heart of Downtown Cocoa Beach. Walking distance to restaurants and entertainment. Equipped with full size kitchen (has everything you need to cook), sleeper sofa, HDTV Smart TV (4K) and high speed WiFi. Enjoy relaxing on the patio & viewing deck with beautiful views of the ocean. Washer and dryer inside the unit. All linens provided including sheets, towels, and beach towels. Awesome location
Can’t beat the location and the back patio area is awesome! Perfect little condo for family with two kids or less. Steve was awesome and texted check in procedures well before we arrived and check out was nice and easy. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Wonderful stay
Steve is very friendly and helpful. He quickly responded to our text no matter how small the request. We love it here. Close to restaurants and town. We didn’t have to drive at all while there. We got our groceries on the way for the week. We look forward to coming back next year! Also, lightning fast internet!

Beach Rehab & Surf
Great little place for me and my teen son to spend a few days. Price was decent for prime time. No complaints—was pretty much exactly as advertised. Nice, neat, clean and convenient. If you google “cocoa beach rehab & surf live stream” you can see videos on you tube from the unit above. I took a surf lesson from School of Surf (very, very close) and they were showing the stream from this camera in their shop. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect condo on the beach!
We had a great stay! This condo was in the perfect location and we loved being right on the beach. Steve was very helpful and accommodating. One thing we loved was having everything we needed for a beach day. Chairs, umbrella and even beach toys! This was perfect for us since we were traveling from out of town. We look forward to coming back again someday!

Clean, convenient & an amazing view! Clean place with great outdoor seating to enjoy the amazing view. We never used our car as restaurants are all within walking distance. Our host Steve was sure to let us know of a rocket launch as well as places to visit. Highly recommend!

Couldn’t have picked a better place!!
Steve, the owner, was so very kind and accommodating. Location is absolutely a dream!! My expectations were exceeded and I feel lucky to have found this rental for our get away!! I felt welcomed and like I belonged, I don’t have a single complaint! I would absolutely rent again! A few things my husband and I enjoyed were morning and evening walks out the beach, since you are literally feet away from a quiet section of Cocoa Beach. You are less than a block from Coconuts on the Beach, which has AMAZING food for a great price. Try the mango mahi it is chefs kiss! After dinner take a short walk to The Fat Donkey, you’re welcome!! Delicious ice cream!! Evenings are peaceful and relaxing, you can sit out on the beautifully landscaped patio and enjoy the sounds of the ocean. Thank you again Steve for a wonderful place to get some beach rehab!

Amazing Location On The Sand in the Heart of Cocoa Beach
This little haven was absolutely perfect for my two day solo beach trip. This was by far the most relaxing and convenient way to get in a bit of beach therapy and quiet time away. Though the condo isn't a new unit, it feels more like a hidden gem. It's spotlessly clean, perfectly located, very comfortable, and had every single thing I could have possibly wanted. Soft sheets, great coffee, and a very short walk to fun beach bars, fantastic restaurants, a coffee spot, and charming shops. The provided beach chairs, umbrella, and patio hammock were favorites of mine, and he also had things I usually have to buy when traveling with my family - beach toys, cooler, beach towels, etc. It was also nice to be able to run a quick load of wash before packing to leave. Steve was hands down the best property owner who's ever hosted one of my trips. He was thoughtful, attentive, kind, and quick to respond. And as a bonus, the beach weather was perfect even in February. I got to wake and see the sunrise over the water directly in front of the condo. And a SpaceX flight was scheduled for launch one night in view of the beach. It was a glorious, and much needed break and I'll be back with my husband and son. I'm thankful for Steve's place and his hospitality. I hope you enjoy as much as I did!

Amazing place!!
Steve's place on Cocoa Beach was absolutely perfect. A couple steps and we were right on the beach. We also loved the sitting area in the backyard; it was the perfect place to sit and listen to the surf. If you get a chance, Steve was a cool person to visit with. We will definitely stay here again!

Great Location for beach walks, shuttle launches and Tiki Bars
The place is exactly as described. Everything you need without the frills. As we approached the parking lot, we weren’t impressed. Once we saw the view from the patio, we were like “yes!!”.The rental is right on the beach. We got up at 1:30am one morning to see a shuttle launch from our patio! There are lots of shops, bars and restaurants within easy walking distance.

We stayed at cocoa beach to enjoy the ocean and ring in the new year. The space was so nice and the view, backyard, and walkout to the beach was amazing! Steve the host was terrific! Answered questions quickly, so friendly and hospitable. I would highly recommend this rental!! We will be back!

Beach Front
Nothing better than waking up and looking straight out to the beach. Everything you need is within a short walk around the corner. A different restaurant every night, all with good food and drinks. Full grocery store was a few minutes away. We took a nighttime kayak trip on a nearby lake and saw glow in the dark sea species. Great time. Property owner is super helpful and responsive. Washer dryer in unit is very convenient for repacking clean clothes before our flight home.

Great stay!
We had the best stay here. Mr. Steve was so nice and accommodating. It was myself, my husband, and our 2 kids (1.5yo and 4yo). There are beach toys, chairs, boogie boards and everything else you might need for the beach. Also, the nicest patio around! It is within walking distance to coffee shops and some restaurants. Book it!!

Perfect Getaway
Location was everything and this property did not disappoint! It was right off of the beach and in close proximity to restaurants where we could walk to everything. Steve, who owns the property, was great and answered any questions we may have had in a timely manner. We plan on visiting this property and location in the future.

Awesome beach front!
From the parking side it may not look like much more than a small older apartment building but once you open the gate and see the awesome blue ocean and sandy beaches looking back at you it’s obvious you’re in a very special place ! We spent most of our time outdoors of course but if we would’ve needed to be inside the place is clean and comfortable. My teenage daughter came with and she slept in the hide-a-bed with no complaints. And I cannot say enough good things about the owner of the property. He is as much of a gem as the place itself. He is helpful yet out of sight unless you need him. It takes maybe two minutes to walk to Coconuts on the Beach which is a great hangout for all ages. My only disappointment was that we couldn’t stay longer due to needing to get back to Nebraska.
