Amazing value
Amazing place in a very convenient location. You can walk to most tourist attractions in about 30 minutes or less. Viggos (their Uber) are always close by if you prefer. There’s lots of restaurants, bars and bakeries in the area, as well as a fantastic grocery store right on the corner. The ferry to Norway is a 5 minute walk. For price and convenience you can’t beat this place. It’s in a very safe part of town as well, I felt completely comfortable all the time. The staff are very helpful and friendly, and always available day or night :)

Great place, rooms were brilliant but no bar in the hotel and the restaurant opening hours could be improved. Really nice restaurants practically next door and supermarket 10 feet away so I’d highly recommend staying here

Room was hot and dry with the AC turned off. Thermostat was adjusted to coldest setting. Note: it was 5 deg C outside. Swimming pool was convenient. Train line noise was not intrusive. Kitchen was useful for a quick breakfast.

Great stay for the lower price
Lovely apartments. 5 min walk to the train which takes you to the main city centre in two stops. Otherwise a 30 min walk to the centre and 10 mins to the little mermaid. Sadly the hotel bar / restaurant is not open in the evenings so if you want to go out nearby you are limited to the Italian opposite. Hotel was very clean, rooms very spacious. Kitchen lacking (only a microwave), however we did not need to use it.

Fantastic hotel with amazing facilities. Very friendly and clean. Great to be able to get clothes cleaned during trip - saving on baggage allowance on flight! The sauna was appreciated after loads of walking during the day.

Within walking distance of Osterport station which had links to all metro and train lines. Also has a grocery store, bakery and Italian restaurant all within a block. Apartment was very spacious. Would thoroughly recommend.

Great location - close to train and ferry. Staff are fantastic and very accommodating. Rooms are a good size and clean with comfy bed and pillow. This was a return visit for us as we enjoyed our first stay so much.

Worst experience for staying at this hotel
20 mins. walking away from the nearest train station. Receptionist was terribly. I plan to check out at 11am but my friend who pick us up to the train station came 1 hr early so we can talk before departing. There’s no temporary parking available for my friend to park instead the receptionist told me that we have to pay for the parking spot in the basement. I look around the hotel first floor and found many empty spots but the receptionist told me those spots are for the workers. How can the hotel guests to be treated like this since we’ve booked 2 rooms for total 4 nights? To me it’s a worst experience to stay at this hotel. This hotel is not worth your money.

This is a fabulous location for visiting Copenhagen for the first time! Loved our stay, room was wonderful, as well as the pool and sauna! Close to everything and Østerport is perfect for bus, train, or metro!

Helpful reception team, lovely room. Had everything we needed. Trains were a bit noisy nearby but nothing some airbuds didnt solve. Pool was a bit chilly but again, not end of world! Would defo recommend if you want somewhere away from centre but close to supermarket, few restaurants, near little mermaid and nice walk into the centre and close to train and metro

Seems out on its own towards the cruise port area, but an easy train and bus ride pretty much to the door. Very clean and nice room. Washing machine and separate dryer is great for a repack before moving on. Walked to all the tourist spots. Supermarket underneath the building or at train station. Helpful staff and restaurants in the area for all tastes.

Really convenient apart hotel. Close to little mermaid Amelioborg palace and Nyhavn you can rent bikes at the front desk which makes sightseeing so much more enjoyable fun and easy. Great size well set up apartment with small balcony has oven fridge and kitchnette and washing machine and dryer inside apartment good gym sauna and small pool. Netto supermarket at corner is very convenient Open 7 am to 10pm means you can make a coffee at home to avoid the ultra high coffee prices. Overall a good value and great setup for Copenhagen which is pretty expensive to visit.
