Dørtelefonen i kælderen virkede ikke så jeg kunne ikke komme ind fra parkerings-kælderen. Rummet var EKTREMT varmt da jeg ankom, selv om termostaten stod på 20 grader. Jeg satte den ned på 15 og op med ventilationen, men den larmer virkelig meget. Så en nat med dårlig søvn

There will be others with better location and vibe
Lovely room but for me hotel disappointing. Location not the best and no local restaurants: its own are expensive with limited menus and the cheapest hard to get into. At its heart it’s an impersonal convention hotel at times crowded with convention folk. Couldn’t use pool as always packed. Gym ok. Staff lovely.

Hotel was very large with two separate blocks and only access to the other building was via the ground floor. The rooms were very modern unfortunately they had NO DRAWERS or cupboards so we had to use our suitcases as drawers. Bathrooms had high sided bath with shower over so not suitable for those with walking diffiiculties. Staff were very very helpful

Perfect for our stay, recommend upgrading your stay for executive breakfast on the 11th floor. It's a walk to wherever you want to go but not bad. Close to meat packing district bars and restaurants and central station. Taxi's always out front if you need them.

Mit nye yndlings hotel
Venligt og hjælpsomt personale, virkelig rent hotel, god seng og dyne. Nok en af verdens største og bedste morgenmadsbuffet. Puden var lidt stor for en af os så dem kunne man nemt få skiftet. Vi var to par, i to værelser, med barn og det var ikke noget problem at få skiftet til værelse med badekar i stedet for bruser. Føles som et fem stjernes hotel, service og oplevelse. Kommer kun til med at overnatte her på vores fremtidige rejser til København.
