The room was a comfortable size. Bathroom door didn’t close all the way. Toilet seat was material was coming apart. Light fixture in bathroom wasn’t covered. Office staff was really nice though

The Continental breakfast was good waffles, eggs, sausage, orange or apple juice coffee, cereal, muffins toast and milk. Everyone was nice and the rooms were kept clean. The price was affordable.

We stayed one night for a concert. It was a decent enough room. The bathroom left a lot to be desired… the room was EXTREMEMLY hot when we arrived. We found that the heater had been turned on and was clearly working! When we went into the bathroom we assume the heat from the room caused condensation on the toilet seat (which was gross looking to begin with) was wet! The toilet seat looked dirty, but it wasn’t. It was like they used the wrong chemicals on it and it was deteriorating.. very rough.. the room was very close to clean. Just a little out dated I think. The beds though!! Insanely comfortable! Made me consider purchasing myself a new bed!

First room i was in had a moldy smell. After second day i went to front desk and they moved us to another room ASAP. Second room was much better but water pressure on the shower wasn't nearly as good as the first room

Great property in good location
I manage a group of employees that need rooms in the Irving area a few times each month. I have been relying on the Quality Inn & Suites for several years. I always follow up with each employee to be sure all was well with their stay. Never a single complaint. Each of them says the service, friendliness, cleanliness of rooms and property and quality of breakfast is excellent!

There were roaches in my room . I killed 4 roaches 2 in the bathroom, and 2 by the bed . The shower also was leaking , I turned the water on and it flooded the bathroom. Overall it was clean on the surface but I’m afraid there may be a bug problem also. Staff was amazing, beds were comfortable and the ice machine works!!! The bugs were just a deal breaker for me.

Honeymoon
I went to Orlando from Oklahoma on honeymoon, just newly married. My favorite was the sunrise at breakfast on the small water front. Staff were pleasant and friendly. Hot tub and pool were nice if you got to enjoy it in the hours of sun up to sundown or 8am-8pm. They did have a shuttle for Universal, although we didn't take it, you would have to wait by the road and no one tells you that. Breakfast was...well it is hotel breakfast, wish there was more protein options not just bread options but hey it breakfast so I can't complain that much. My two biggest issues that I had was, front desk told us when checking in they clean every 3 days. Okay. We checked in on Sunday so they will be cleaning on Wednesday with fresh towels, trash bags, nothing, no house keeping at all. NOPE DIDNT HAPPENED!! Thursday- Nope. We came home on Friday. Now to my second issue, I didn't call on this because it was late, I was packing and tired from having my first ever beach day and I had to get up early for a flight to Dallas to then drive 3.5 hours home. THERE WAS NO HOT WATER. It was lukewarm if that. It was upsetting and freezing. It was working perfectly prior but not Thursday night. I am not too happy about that. Soooo.... besides those two things, we honestly enjoyed our stay. Will we be back, well I don't know, Orlando is pretty far.
