THE SPACE
- Front room features an executive office desk with swivel chair and a formal dining area that seats six.
- Gourmet kitchen with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, gas cooktop, Nespresso Creatista machine, Cuisinart drip coffee maker. Fully stocked with all the kitchen essentials.
- Living area with cozy couch and side chairs, 65" Roku TV with ability to log in to your own streaming services.
- Primary bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, king size bed, 42" TV with Amazon fire stick.
- Secondary bedrooms (one with queen bed, one with two twin beds) both with access to a full bathroom.
- Bathrooms stocked with soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. A hairdryer located in the master bathroom for your use. Extra set of towels under each sink.
- Attached 2 car garage for parking.
- Private fenced backyard with outdoor dining table and chairs.

EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT
Early check-in (or late check-out) is not guaranteed. Approval of any early check-in (or late check-out) request will depend on property availability. If the home is available before/after your check-in/out time, we will do our best to accommodate the request (up to 1 hour).
Any check-in/out request for a time outside of what's described above is subject to additional fees as this would require adjustment in our booking and cleaning schedule. We are not able to guarantee ANY early check-in/late check-out until 24 hours before originally scheduled time, and will offer you the early check in/check out with associated fee as soon as we are able.

Better than home!
Our stay was wonderful. The place was comfortable, clean and homie. The attention to details was simply amazing. Felt very special with all the small details. We’ll definitely try to stay here again while visiting family in North Dallas.

Family weekend for Baby shower
House is as listed! We enjoyed our stay. I love that there is a manual detailing house rules , check-in and check out process! My family and I bought our own linens and towels as we do any time we travel by car. However, linen and towels were prepared for our stay and neatly arranged in all of the guest rooms! Everything looked clean! Beds were extremely comfortable . We left everything as we found it! I would definitely recommend this home in the future! I absolutely loved the location. So much in the area .Felt safe !

Guy Business/Pleasure trip!
Took a trip with my son and two of his friends for a weekend getaway and also had an expo we wanted to attend. The property was located in a great area and convenient location. The pictures don’t do it justice, it’s beautiful and the owners take pride in it. Check in was easy, I had no issues. Only contacted the owners once because I had some family stopping by which they were fine with. They also didn’t give you a laundry list of things to do when checking out. It was an overall great experience, beds where comfortable and I’d definitely stay here again!

Unforgettable place
What a beautiful and comfy place!!! I would love to go back and have another vacation . We were there for a week and it was perfect. The house was well equipped with little details cook, rest, and good sleep. Also the location was very convenient to Dallas area. Brian, the host, was very helpful and prompt. Highly, highly recommend if you’re planning to go to Dallas area

Daughter’s 50th Surprise Birthday party
My husband and I along with our two grown sons and their spouses stayed at this home. We were attending our daughter’s Surprise Birthday at their home in Prosper which is the next town over from Frisco which took 20 minutes to get to her house so with that being said it was in a good location for us. Home was just as pictured. House was well maintained and clean which is always nice. Was able to contact the manager of the home for a couple questions I had and got an immediate answer from them. Would definitely recommend this home. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your lovely home.

Summer trip before going back to school

Fabulous House!
When we first stumbled upon this house, it seemed almost too good to be true but everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Brian and Mona are the most thoughtful and gracious hosts. Brian provided us with all the information we needed and made recommendations that help our family have the best time on our first Spring Break trip since COVID. The house is just perfect! We will be coming back!

Perfect Stay, Perfect Toyota Stadium Location
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Star of Frisco! We wanted a more relaxing location than hotel rooms for all of the NDSU Bison Championship Game activities. This home delivered! It is in a perfect location to the Comerica venue AND so close to The Toyota Stadium!! Many options of delicious restaurants a short drive away: BBQ, Tex Mex, etc. This residential neighborhood was nice and quiet. Having access to park the rental car in the garage was an added plus! If you’re heading to the Frisco area for anything - this is the place for you! We were two couples, but the third bedroom with two twin beds makes this a perfect accommodation for a family or mix of extended family like us. Brian was a perfect host, sending arrival details/checking in/keeping us informed. He also responded to a question I had quickly! If we return to Frisco in the future (Go! The house was easy to find in a good residential neighborhood. Once inside, it looked just like the pictures which was a great thing! The home is beautifully updated, clean and very comfortable. If we're in the area again, we would definitely stay here.
