PLEASE NOTE: SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing an extensive property modernization project beginning September 9, 2024. Please review the important details below to help you plan your stay:

-Construction will take place daily from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including weekends if required.
-Guests will likely experience construction noise and other inconveniences during these hours.
-Outdoor amenities will be closed until early June 2025, including:

-Outdoor Pool
-Outdoor Hot Tub
-Splash Pad
-Grill and smoking areas will be relocated during the renovation.
-The indoor pool and gym will remain open during regular operating hours.
-This timeframe coincides with the first two phases of our property renovation. All dates are subject to change due to weather conditions, labor availability, or supply chain issues.

SunDestin Unit 0718 is a bright, sunny two bedroom, two bathroom condo accommodating up to eight. Delight in the nautical decor and comfy atmosphere of this lovely unit. Prepare meals in the fully-stocked kitchen, complete with stackable washer/dryer for your convenience. Enjoy snacks at the dining table in this open-concept living/dining space. Savor gulf-front views from the balcony or catch a game on the flat screen television in the living room. Relax in the master suite with a king-sized bed, the guest bedroom with two double beds, or the queen-sized sofa bed in the living room.

Destin, FL harbors some of the best dining around with restaurants scattered throughout the area. Enjoy live music, great food, and nightly entertainment at Lulu’s, a family friendly restaurant just 10 minutes away. Want to stay closer to your home away from home? Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their  stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.
