Reasonable hotel with a buffet breakfast ( limited non-Philippines options). The wifi in our room kept cutting out but seemed Ok in the common areas. Several Xmas functions held in the hotel during our 3 night stay. A little noisy but finished by 10pm.

This is a great hotel. Nice rooms. All the essentials in the room. Courteous staff. Very professional. Breakfast buffet is very tasty. Walking distance to Boulevard. Lots of dining options within walking distance.

Excellent location in downtown area. After many stays here, I almost can't stand eating in lobby restaurant. Food is unappealing. Needs variety. I would suggest breakfast buffet selection include eggs cooked to order; pancakes; bacon

One of my favorite places to stay in Dumaguete. Great staff, comfortable rooms, and fair online booking price. Negatives: Water pressure somewhat weak in bathroom sink and shower; free breakfast buffet often cold and in bad need of more and better choices...

I like the hotel but the shower heater doesnt work so well and the ac remote control is not working properly too. Its super cold but we cant adjust as it doesnt work well. The shower water pressure is just too low. But overall,their staff and service was very amazing,friendly and approachable.

Well, the Philippines as you know has a lot of old buildings and that really didn’t bother me so much but I can’t say it was excellent. The surroundings, but it wasn’t horrible either what I did like is I could walk to the gym and I could take a tricycle to the mall or any restaurant and it was only about a dollar or two dollars. I did have a rental truck but I did not like to drive it at night time because it had the sun protector and the windshield so I could not see at night very well to drive so I’d rather take a tricycle I will probably stay there again when I come back in February I want to move there And stay there for maybe another month while I look for a permanent place to move. My fiancé is there In Dumaguete and she really enjoyed the hotel and we had her two sisters and the baby who is 12 months old and we all had a great time. Also the free breakfast was nice and also the girls would wanna order lunch and sometimes dinner and the prices were very, very reasonable and the food was very very good. Now I’m a foreigner from the United States, and I liked a lot of the food that was sent up even though it was new to me.
