This hotel is in a great location. Just wish cleaners did a better job and the staff had better control of the Teams they allow to stay there.

You get what you pay for.

The bathroom was dirty. The shower head had a lot of build up. Toilet had some stains. Carpet didn’t look like it was steam cleaned in years as well as the couches.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. Upon check in we got a free upgrade on our room to a suite as the lady noticed we were celebrating our birthdays. I booked a regular king suite in the tower and we got upgraded to one with a kitchenette, private bedroom and walk in shower. The room was great, very clean. I had a great stay.

Nice room, but very small. Lots of work to update the hotel but some areas are still pretty dated. Nice pool area. Good restaurant choices. Parking is sketchy. Super friendly staff.

I had call the front desk so many times. We booked the king suite with a kitchen for a long weekend in town with family to have a common area to cook and visit. Basic supplies were missing or simply not provided by policy? only one face cloth was provided. Double conditioners, but lotion was missing. There was no frying pan to use in the kitchen. When we went to bed, there was a ball of hair and lint in between the fitted and flat sheets and we had to call front desk for new sheets. The person who came to the door seemed annoyed that he had to make the bed when he arrived, we did not feel it should be our responsibility to strip and change the sheets as we had not soiled them. We called for housekeeping after two days as garbage was full and towels were used up. When we had returned the door to the balcony was left wide open in the middle of winter. The unit was freezing when we returned. They took the blanket off of our bed when they cleaned and did not replace it. We were so tired of calling the front desk constantly because the housekeeping staff could not do their job correctly. Overall the room was nice, the building was great and the front desk staff were helpful and polite when we called but there are clearly organizational issues at this hotel. I wouldn't stay here again unless I got a great deal, but we generally enjoy our stays at sandman hotel group.
